Exclusive 3 Chambre Barbade plage Villa avec piscine

Sea Turtle est situé sur la plage de Brighton, à l'extrémité sud de la cÎte Platinum de la Barbade, avec un accÚs direct sur le sable, et avec vue imprenable sur la mer des Caraïbes.

Construit dans les annĂ©es 1960 cette spacieuse de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain bungalow est situĂ© dans un quart d'acre de jardins matures et a subi une rĂ©novation complĂšte en Novembre 2011 (y compris de nouveaux meubles mous et durs partout). Une terrasse de 500 pieds carrĂ©s et une piscine ont Ă©tĂ© ajoutĂ©s en Novembre 2012. SituĂ© dans un quartier calme et rĂ©sidentiel Ă  deux miles au nord du centre-ville de la maison se sent trĂšs privĂ© et est idĂ©al pour les groupes ou les familles qui veulent une expĂ©rience de plage privĂ© sans tracas ou intimes '' honeymooning couples. La plage est Ă  plus de 1. 2 miles de long et est la plus grande Ă©closerie de tortues sur l'Ăźle. Les tortues sont souvent observĂ©s en ponte, l'Ă©closion et la baignade dans les eaux environnantes. singes verts visiter la propriĂ©tĂ© et le jardin est plein de colibris. Être en retrait de plus de 100 verges de la route principale, des tortues de mer ne connaĂźt pas le bruit de la route subi par la plupart des villas de la cĂŽte Ouest et que Brighton Beach est une plage essentiellement rĂ©sidentiel, il est presque dĂ©serte pour la plupart de la journĂ©e / semaine.

Le capitaine et deuxiĂšme chambres sont Ă  la fois 'en-suite'. Le MaĂźtre a un lit «California King-size 'et les deuxiĂšme et troisiĂšme chambres peut ĂȘtre configurĂ© en tant que« Grand Double', 'Twin' ou trois singles. La maison est adaptĂ©e aux enfants et il ya un lit bĂ©bĂ© / berceau disponible si nĂ©cessaire.

En plus de la cuisine, la lessive et le hall, le salon comprend un 18 'x 28' salon interne avec Ă©cran gĂ©ant, un 30 externe 'x 12' salle de surface couverte avec des siĂšges pour 8, et 15 'x 30' terrasse en bois Ă  baldaquin avec chaises longues et barbecue, donnant sur un 30 'x 15' terrasse avec piscine extĂ©rieure. Il y a aussi un porche au bord de la route avec des siĂšges, oĂč vous pourrez prendre le soleil tĂŽt le matin.

Il y a un ménage quotidien / blanchisseuse pour laver-up, faire la lessive, et pour nettoyer et entretenir les chambres.

La maison est à cinq minutes de route au sud des meilleurs restaurants sur l'ßle, 600m d'un grand supermarché moderne, à droite sur la plage et à distance de marche de Kensington Oval Cricket Ground.

Overall,we truly enjoyed our stay at this property.Ralph the property manager provided excellent communication shortly before and throughout our stay.He and Julieann were excellent.The location of this property on the island is very good.We rented a car and we could literally get to just about everything on the island in under 40 minutes-most popular places like Holetown,Bridgetown,St. Lawrence gap,Oistins were under 30minutes.Our mostly private beach was absolutely stunning.Many people walk past the property/through the beach directly behind the house-this didn't bother us at all-for others to be aware.The fact that we could just float in the ocean,in beautiful waters,in amazing sunshine,and not be tossed all over the place(we mostly just floated in the same location)was incredible.We do feel that the property looked much newer and brighter in the photos on the VRBO website. It's not that hte property was dirty-it wasn't! (Julieann makes sure of that)-it was more "weathered" than it looks in the pictures. The pool is MUCH smaller than it appears in the picture. And, there is now an obstructed view of the ocean from the pool by bushes.Lastly, again, our stay was amazing and it was a great location and property overall for my family of 4(2 adult children)to relax and have easy ability to explore the island via car - however, the price for the week was very high-even considering this was over the Christmas holiday.

Simple, great place on the beach - fantastic hosts! I recommend!

This place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and fun to stay at with our 2 kids. Perfect sand on the beach, and beautiful sunsets during dinner on the back deck. One of favourite features was the outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand from the ocean. So nice. I can't say enough about our hosts Ralphie and Julieann were was above expectation. They were attentive and considerate, and gave so many helpful suggestions. Furthermore, Ralphie even messaged me a couple days before we arrived to help arrange a grocery delivery so there was food in the fridge when we arrived. I've never had someone suggest that before and it was sooo helpful. We showed up with the kids and just went to the beach and had a fridge full of food. It was awesome. I would certainly recommend this property to friends or family, and would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Fantastic beach

As others have mentioned, the house itself could use a little updating but the point here is the BEACH!We loved spending our days there and walking down the beach to Stades for drinks and great lunches.Ralph, the property manager is an absolute prince of a man and strives to accomodate your needs.

Returning to Sea Turtle has been great, it’s spacious, well equipped with plenty of extras. The property is serviced well by Ralph and Teresa and its location gives us good access to the south and west coast beaches. I hope we can return one day.

Real Caribbean feel with excellent location

If you are looking for marble and gleaming appliances, this is not for you. If you want the real feel of phenomenal Caribbean location with a tremendous staff, this place is fabulous. Short ride to Bridgetown and Holetown. The beach out back is AMAZING. The sunset pics were surreal. We felt very safe in Barbados. The house has very good security. Bajans on the beach were extremely warm and friendly. This area is sadly changing, way too incredible beach for the few houses there so there will be construction all around as they build condos. A house like this with quiet frontage will be impossible to find in a few years. Throw in amazing staff, Ralphie brought over fish he caught that day and this place can’t be beat. We will definitely be back.

Great location and communication

We had a wonderful stay at the Sea Turtle. House is located right on the beach with turquoise water and white sandy beach. Backyard is a gem. We enjoyed the small pool as well specially the kids in the group. Ralph and Julieann were very helpful throughout the trip. It was so convenient to have groceries in the fridge/kitchen for our first day breakfast. Theressa, the housekeeper was amazing. She made sure the house was clean and helped with our laundry too. For future stays, we would suggest to update the mattresses in the rooms and also update the plumbing in the bathrooms since there was stagnant water in the showers. Overall our group had a great time! Thank you for making our Barbados trip memorable .

this is a great property

we stayed at sea turtle 18Nov-02 Dec, there were 6 in our party. The house was well maintained, the staff was great they would come and clean every other day, the manager was easily accesable. The location on the beach is fantastic. Getting goceries ect. was easy with only a 10 min. walk. The only complaint was you are not on a bus route and have to walk up to the mall, which is where the grocery store is located which was only a minor inconvience, we would and probably will return to this property

Close to the beach but needs updating

At 1st we were concerned with the all the different locks on the beach gates, the deck and the front door. Too many different lock combinations. The house can use some updates, the beds mattresses were very thin and not comfortable. The bedrooms were nice and cool but walk out from there and the heat hits you like a ton of bricks. Very hard to cook in a kitchen that is 90 degrees before you even start. The photos online look like they were taken back 20 years or so. The housekeeper and Ralphie the were excellent in their communication. The amenities show air conditioned but it should state only in the bedrooms!!!!

Now and then we cross paths with lovely people who transform a space from a place to stay into a place to enjoy. Theresa, the housekeeper for Sea Turtle, is an artist at her work, to be sure, but is a splendid human being with a whole heart. We are lucky to have met her.

Just Amazing!

We did not want to leave after our week here! The outside area in the back that leads to the beach can't be beat. With the seating, pool , lounge chairs , deck and beach we spent most of our time out there. It was also very private, with trees on each side of the property. The AC is only in the 3 bedrooms and works very well. Fans and cross breezes are used for the rest of the house. It can get very hot inside , especially in the kitchen when cooking. Teresa, the housekeeper, was great. She came a few times during the week and we felt quite pampered. Communication with the property manager was easy and he always responded in a timely manner. We would go back anytime and recommend staying here.

Beach front

We had a wonderful time in Barbados. Chris and Ralphie were terrific. This was a wonderful beach. We swam and snorkeled every day. The snoring was not great but I did see some colorful fish and an eel so it was fun. Most of the furniture was very comfortable with the exception of the beds. The master was good but the other two were not great . I would definitely return to this property.

Finding a sea fronted property with a pool in Barbados is not easy. Sea Turtle did not disappoint. The house is spacious with the covered outdoor seating area was invaluable. Plenty of extras and an excellent welcome pack with the back up of local staff to help us. Hoping to return soon

Need renovation

The patio furniture need to be clean, the cushion was dirty and some unstitched. Also one of the sofa in the leaving room was broken. The refrigerator was not working well and the sink in the kitchen was leaking. Some windows did not have screen and somme do not open. Also in the bathroom the towels was damaged. Before renting I asked if they did some renovation because many years ago I rented the same house and at that time the house did need some renovation, They told me, yes that they renovated it a year ago but was not true, we were very disappointed. I do not recommended unless they renovate.

Amazing home on the beach, perfect for families with young children

The location of the house is outstanding - on Brighton beach which is very quiet, only frequented by a small number of locals. This was a surprise to us given how beautiful the beach is. Having the small pool as well as being on the beach was a huge advantage to us with a 5 year old and 2 year old. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the heat, and the covered deck provided space for shade when this was needed. The bedrooms are all large with air conditioning. We didn’t feel that the lounge area required aircon as the breeze through the house was pleasant. The kitchen did get a bit hot but that was a very small issue considering the huge advantages to this house. There is lots of parking. The house is close to Bridgetown but also provides easy access to the resorts on the west coast. When we arrived the fridge was well stocked with drinks, milk, beer and some basics such as eggs and bread. We were very grateful for this after a long flight.

If Beach is what you want, this place has it in spades, you can’t get any closer.

VRBO dropped the ball, collected our money but made no contact with the owners about our reservation. Contact info is years out of date. Luckily the prop. mgr. happened to drive by and see us standing there looking bewildered, and luckily they hadn’t rented it out already! But nothing bad at all to say about the house or managers themselves, they were both awesome!!!

Right on the beach

The villa is ideally located, in a beautiful setting. The outside patio is an amazing place to sip a coffee in the morning or relax at the end of the day. Having the beach and the sea right outside the backyard was just amazing! Even if it is a public beach, it is very quiet. It was very nice to have Michelle and Jerry around as well. We felt secure. The villa is super clean and, although it could use a little update, especially the kitchen, we felt very comfortable there. It is close to the city. Barbados is a wonderful place, the people we met were all very nice and the weather was perfect. Some negative points: the neighbor's dog barking is a little excessive sometimes and can get on your nerves. And during our stay, the buzzing kites were plenty and sometimes stayed flying over our heads all day and night. We were told that this problem is known and worked on by the authorities so it might soon be resolved. Still, overall, our stay was one of our all time favorites, we had a great family holiday, everybody absolutely loved it and we would not hesitate to go back.
