Le 93 HIBISCUS COTTAGE est un charmant cottage lumineux à 150 mètres de la magnifique mer des Caraïbes.
Il comprend 3 chambres doubles, un salon, 2 salles de bains et un grand patio.
La chambre 1 a un lit queen, un lit de 5 pieds, un ventilateur de plafond et un grand espace de rangement. Les chambres 2 et 3 ont des lits jumeaux qui se transforment en lits superking de 6 pieds. Ces chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond AIR CON s'il vous plaît rappelez-vous ce facturé, et un grand espace de rangement.
Il y a deux salles de bain avec douche à l'italienne.
Le salon est clair et aéré, avec deux grands canapés confortables, un fauteuil, des tables basses et la télévision par câble. Deux portes vitrées mènent à une salle à manger.
La cuisine est bien aménagée et offre toutes les commodités et équipements pour des vacances faciles en location. La cuisine donne sur une grande et attrayante salle à manger couverte en plein air pouvant accueillir confortablement 6/8 personnes. Ce patio est entouré d'un jardin tropical privé.
Du jardin, une porte mène à travers la route vers les plages et BEACH CLUB, un club privé qui peut être utilisé à loisir. Il a une piscine de 50 pieds, des parasols, des chaises longues, des vestiaires et des douches. Il abrite également The Beach House, un charmant restaurant et bar en bord de mer.
Le chalet dispose également de 2 studios attenants, formant une forme de L. Ceux-ci dorment chacun 2 personnes ont des ventilateurs de plafond et a / c et ont un usage privé du jardin avant.
Toutes les fenêtres ont des moustiquaires et des barres pour permettre à une brise de refroidissement constante de circuler.
93 HIBISCUS AVENUE est situé à Sunset Crest, Holetown, St James. L'erea est connue sous le nom de The Platinum Coast et est célèbre pour ses sables argentés et sa mer bleue étincelante.
Il y a beaucoup de diversité pour divertir tout le monde et de belles promenades le long de la plage ou à travers des terrains de golf et des parcs tropicaux luxuriants. 1

excellent in all respects. Property, information, etc all really good. Location is particularly good with cafes, bars and shops close by but in particular, access to the Beach Club, over the road was a real positive.

Ideal for beach pool buses shops....

We had a comfortable two week stay at the villa. Lovely clean tidy pool within easy reach. Very handy for buses into and out of town. Everything that you might need is within easy walking distance. Wendy, Jeanette, Mark all very friendly and helpful.We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in a safe place as we had a late flight on departure.We enjoyed the birds and the monkeys too as we sat on the patio having breakfast.

Family Trip Succes

Found this property after a few day search for other VRBO’s. We contacted Wendy to inquire about the listing and to ask about a large family. We have 5 kids plus us two adults. Wendy was very accommodating and assisted with getting an extra bed for our 7th person. After a long day of travel it was refreshing to get into the property with no issues. Very clear instructions from the host. We did rent a vehicle from the airport for ease of exploring the island. It would be nice if the parking area was a bit easier to get into, instead of having to open and close a gate. We asked about the parking and Wendy advised us that the parking lot right at the back door is a good place to use as well. We parked our vehicle in the parking lot for the entire trip. The area was fantastic, the weather was beautiful. If we had any issues Wendy was very quick to respond to our questions or requests.beautiful.

Barbados holiday

The property is well located. Walking distance to Limegrove, Massy Supermarket, Chattel Village and restaurants. Easy access to highways, if renting a car, or just for walking and enjoy the West Coast tranquility. The cleaner, Ms. Janice is very helpful. Instant communication with Wendy, the property manager for any assistance. Overall we had a good time! Barbados is a fabulous destination which we know very well.

Awesome stay on a Beautiful Island

Great relaxing stay at this property close to the beach in Holetown. As advertised. Beach club and pool right across the road from the house, situated in a great spot right on the ocean. Any questions we had were promptly answered by Wendy. The family had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to nearby beach club pool, beach, restaurants and shops. Lacking some basic supplies (e.g. dish soap, face cloths, hand soap, garbage bags). Good communication with host.

Amazing find

Brilliant location with very short walk to beach club and beautiful small beach with very few people on it. Accommodation perfect for 6 and fabulous outside dining and lounging area. We did not see manager but Janice very friendly. Would stay again. Thank you . Easy to contact Wendy the owner.

Amazing location and easy to deal with

Amazing location in holetown. Great to have access to the private pool right next to the beach for the properties in the area. It was never too busy while we were there (end of the season / crop over). The rooms all have good air cons units that worked well (despite the extra humid weather!). Ideally the kitchen could benefit from a fan as well, but we didn't use it that much due to all the places around us. The bedrooms and living areas all had fans too which was great, plus the outdoor patio was very useful every day. Great communication with Wendy the owner and Janice who came and did the cleaning and new sheets / towels. Happily stay again!

MY STAY IN BARBADOS

The property is nice but could be much better. One air conditioner worked but that too died after 2 days. The owner gave me a studio apt. attached to the villa. It was very nice and the air conditioner worked. However, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Janice, the housekeeper bleached it, but the smell returned. Should the owner fix the air conditioners so they work properly and get rid of the sewer smell, this would be a nice property. Barbados was very hot and my family had difficulty sleeping at night.

House in Need of Repairs

The location is ideal and the house lay out is spacious and functional . However, the owner has not maintained the house and this made for an uncomfortable stay. There were holes in many of the screens so windows could not be opened without bugs coming in and it was hot. The main door handle was fussy and then broke right off. The bedroom ceiling leaked which I only found during a rainstorm in the middle of the night when I was awoken with water coming down on me. In the morning, I checked the rest of the room only to find another leak with a basin already in place so...the leaks were know. The wifi is only available in part of the house, we had to buy a router. The kitchen sink plugs don't work so a basin is in place to wash the dishes, although I needed the basin to catch the water from the leak ! The air conditioning is only in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and not in the rest of the house which was deceiving. Should I go on...? We are in Barbados 1-2 x a year as we have family living there and we will be sure to warn others of this absentee owner.

Good stay at property. Villa is more on the traditional side but is good value for money and location was very good - 100m walk to beach club and beach and supermarket a few minutes away.

Fantastic location. Beautiful lanai. A wee bit noisy from local traffic in double bedroom if not using air conditioning! Super location. Wendy very reachable. And Janet was absolutely amazing. A little bit of paradise

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa which is accurately described in the listing. Supermarket around the corner and the beach club is fabulous, wonderful pool and sunbeds directly facing the local beach with amazing views, Lovely place to eat too. Some very nice beach bars and local restaurants providing good food and entertainment. Barbados is not cheap to eat out but prices were in keeping with rest of island and we offset eating out by getting the supermarket hot meals on other nights which were very reasonable. Try the ice cream parlour next to beach club, ice reams enormous you only need one scoop!! Wendy the owner was very responsive to emails and a couple of minor issues were promptly dealt with. Janice kept the property immaculately clean and was so jolly, friendly and helpful. We had big villa as 5 of us, however the annexe is wonderful for a couple. Highly recommend this villa and the location will stay here again.

i bought the villa which had 2 berooms 1 bathroom. now it has 3bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
in 1994 i added 2 studio apts which over look front garden,the property has a large garen,there is lots of space for all.the villa has its own garden at the rear. i spend 6 months a year in barbados,the rest of the year i am in morecambe uk i have mark
the manager who has been with me for 19 years and janice the maid who has been with me for 10 years. they are both gems. so they would take care of you if i am in the uk.
