At guests' disposal, a living room, a large dining area with fireplace, 2 living areas, a professional kitchen, a spacious garden, a panoramic terrace equipped for outdoor dining, a portable barbecue and a tennis court which is shared with the other 3 villas within the farm. The villa is equipped with air conditioning in the first floor's bedrooms, heating, TV, wi-fi internet connection, baby beds and high chairs. Private parking inside the property.

Outdoors and Pool
Villa Bernardini is characterized by a large garden of about 3000 m2, very well-kept and enriched with terracotta vases, flowers, bushes and a variety of trees, connected by paths to the gardens of the other 3 villas within the farm. In a panoramic position, a large terrace furnished for outdoor dining with table, chairs, 2 large umbrellas, a portable barbecue; a bit lower we find the in-ground rectangular swimming pool, measuring 6x12 meters with a depth from 1.20 to 1.70 meters, equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and a gazebo. All the outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. About 125 meters away, in the garden of Villa Buonvisi, we find a regular sized tennis court (23.77 x 10.97 meters), shared with the guests of the other 3 villas within the farm. Access inside of the property is through a gate that is always open; from here, along about 230 meters of unpaved road, we reach the private parking.Interiors
The Villa (approximately 1000 m2) is on three levels; it has been restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional architecture of Lucca, and preserving the family's history. All the electrical and water systems were installed recently. On the ground floor, one of the entrances opens onto a living room connected to two comfortable and spacious lounges finely furnished with antique pieces, both with outdoor access: one on the panoramic terrace and the other on the main villa's facade which is covered with jasmine; a dining room with fireplace that can welcome the entire group, a very well-equipped kitchen with table, 2 electric ovens, 2 hobs with 5 burners, 2 fridges with freezers, 2 dishwashers. In an open space, a smaller dining room with two tables, and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor, equipped with air conditioning, we find the suite consisting of a double bedroom with private bathroom with tub, shower and two sinks, as well as a spacious living room with two sofas, fireplace and TV; also on this floor, via a long corridor, we find: a double bedroom with an elegant four-poster bed with private bathroom with tub, a double bedroom, a bathroom with tub shared with a twin bedroom (whose beds can be joined), a double bedroom with a four-poster bed with private bathroom with tub, two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom, one with shower, one with tub. At the end of the corridor is the laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and two sinks.
On the second floor, two double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower shared with a twin bedroom (whose beds can be joined).

Location
Villa Bernardini, nestled among the hills a few kilometers from the city of Lucca, is located in a residential area full of villas and historic Tuscan private homes. All around the house, in the property's land, it is possible to take beautiful walks immersed in nature among olive trees and vineyards, or reach the stream with the geese, or enter the wooded area. Excellent tranquility and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature and sport. The villa enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

The villa is equipped with wifi internet connection, air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms, heating, courtesy set in the bathrooms, 3 baby beds, 3 high chairs.

Services
The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (with weekly change), water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning, 1 hour of housekeeping every day, wifi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, possibility of extra hours of housekeeping, babysitter, chef, cooking classes. The villa is also suitable for weddings and other types of events.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Access to the house via 230 meters of unpaved road.Activities and Distances
The villa is located near the small village of Segromigno in Monte and is part of an estate of 20 hectares owned by the Bernardini family, who transformed wooded areas into vineyards and olive groves, allowing production of extra virgin olive oil exported all over the world. From Segromigno it is possible to take various hiking trails by bike or on foot, discovering postcard villages, princely villas, majestic parish churches, an archaeological heritage and a landscape of rolling vineyards, flowers and giant trees such as the "great oak", listed among the monumental trees of Italy. In the area you can visit famous villas such as Villa Torrigiani, a fragment of French beauty transplanted to Tuscany, Villa Reale di Marlia, Villa Mansi, as well as the interesting village of Camellias. It is also advisable to visit the Serchio River Park, flanked by cereal and poplar crops and crossed by the cycle-pedestrian path.
