Villa Teodoro is a modern Villa that offers innovative amenities, grace and a perfect flow of both indoor and outdoor living. Freshly built with five bedrooms and sleeping up to 10 people this villa is a stylish oasis in the sun! Set in a quiet urbanization that offers peace and tranquillity, yet still be close enough to the city and the beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal-clear water. Luxurious furnishings throughout the villa and large floor to ceiling windows that let an abundance of sunlight give this contemporary villa a cosy yet elegant feel.

Inside the villa the open plan concept gives the family plenty of space for relaxing. The plush and comfortable L shaped sofas are situated so that the swimming pool and garden are visible – blending the inside and outside space effortlessly. There is a dining table with 10 chairs, so the entire family can enjoy dining together. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and allows for sociable cooking and entertaining.

On the lower level you will find two bedrooms both having twin single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and have the use of an additional lounging area, ideal for some quiet time.
