Guests have sole access to the entire house. On the ground floor, you have a bright and spacious living room with brand new sofas and smart tv with Netflix and internet access. Double doors lead out into the dining room with a lovely conservatory beyond that has both ceiling fan and underfloor heating for use in all weathers.

Also on the ground floor you will find the down stairs loo and a fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a home from home stay.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and the family bathroom with overbath shower.

The house sleeps 7 people:
Bedroom 1: 1 single (please note the single room has a built in bed, it is a full-size single and extremely comfortable for an adult but is up a 3-step ladder as shown in the photo's).

Bedroom 2: king size bed and single bed
Bedroom 3: Superking zip link (twin bed option)
Bedroom 4: Single bed

All beds have superior quality mattresses and hotel standard duvets, pillows, bedding and bath-sheets.

The outside space includes a sunny garden with patio, garden furniture and bbq at the rear of the house and and off road parking for up to 3 cars at the front.
