The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.9m x 1.6m) and a spacious built-in wardrobe, offering all the space you need for your clothes and belongings. The blinds in the living room and bedroom ensure the darkness necessary for restful sleep, allowing you to relax without interruptions.



The minimalist open-concept kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee maker, kettle, blender, juicer, toaster, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, providing you with all the facilities to enjoy your home-cooked meals.

The path to the beach is very straightforward, it's about 100m walking and then you have about 30m of stairs and/or ramp to reach the lift, where you can go down directly to the beach.

It is important to note that to access the swimming pool during the summer season, a chip is used which, in the event of loss, must be paid €30 for its replacement.
