The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, 1 baby bed, 1 high chair and private parking on the premise.

Outdoors and Swimming pool
Casale la Madonnina is surrounded by a very well-kept garden of approximately 2000 sqmt on three levels, enriched by the owner's sculptures, and completely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh. In the lower part of the garden, in a panoramic position, guests can access the swimming pool via a stone staircase, closed by a gate.The rectangular, underground swimming pool is completely fenced and measures 12x6 with a depth of 1.40 meters. The paved solarium area develops around the pool and is equipped with 10 sunbeds, 5 umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The property is enriched by a brick barbecue near the laundry room, children's games, a gazebo equipped for outdoor meals near the annex and two large panoramic terraces, one of which made of lawn, equipped with a table, 10 chairs and a delightful fountain and the other on the first floor, in front of the apartment “Gli Avi”, with deck chairs and an umbrella. All outdoor areas are well cared and maintained. A gate (which is always open) leads to the property where the private parking is.Interior
The accommodation (approximately 220 sqmt) spreads over three levels and is made up of 3 units, which arise from the restoration of an ancient stone farmhouse. The property is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning in the bedrooms both in the two apartments and in the annex, in order to offer the maximum comfort.
With an independent entrance, on the ground floor, at the left of the gate, guests can find a large dining room (35 sqmt) which can accommodate the entire group,with a working fireplace, wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen (electric oven, 4 burner hobs , microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, moka coffee machine, dishwasher, juicer, kettle).
Detached from the dining room, with independent entrance, guests can find the annex "La Capannina" (20 sq mt) consisting of a double bedroom with working fireplace (fridge bar, kettle) and private bathroom with shower carved into the stone. From here, via large stone steps, guests pass in front of the laundry room (located in a separate room, with washing machine, iron and ironing board) and then arrive at the central building of the farmhouse, made up by two apartments.
“La Nonna” apartment (70 sq mt), can be accessed via an external staircase of 13 steps, leading to the first floor, with a private terrace with table, 4 chairs, an umbrella and a deck chair. From here guests can enter a living room with a working fireplace, kitchenette (oven, 4 burner hobs, fridge with freezer, moka coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle). An internal staircase (16 steps plus 1 step for each room) leads to the second floor, consisting of a double bedroom with a king size bed, a bedroom with two beds (beds can be joined together), a bathroom with shower.
“Gli Avi” apartment (95 sq mt)is located on the the left side of the farmhouse and can be reached by going through a large panoramic lawn terrace via an external staircase (10 steps) which leads to a second large panoramic terrace on the first floor. From here, a step leads to a large and bright living room with a working fireplace, to the kitchen (electric oven, 4 burner hobs, fridge with freezer, moka coffee machine, kettle). An internal staircase (13 steps plus 1 step for each bedroom and the bathroom) leads to the second floor, consisting of a double bedroom with two windows, a bedroom with two beds (beds can be joined together), a bathroom with shower.

Position
The farmhouse is located at approximately 350 meters above sea level on a slight hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, overlooking the Chio Valley, halfway between Arezzo and Cortona. From here guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside. Excellent tranquility and privacy. The cottage is presented as a unique accommodation, ideal for a group of friends who wish to spend their holidays together without giving up their privacy.

Upon request, to be paid on site, domestic help, possibility of a chef, cooking classes, transfer/taxi service (to be booked in advance in high season).

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09 from 8 AM to 9 PM. With an independent and private entrance, at the back of the farmhouse, there is the owners' home.Activities and Distances
The farmhouse is located in Taragnano Santa Cristina in Castiglion Fiorentino, an enchanting place, perfect starting point to visit Tuscany and Umbria. Castiglion Fiorentino is a Tuscan Renaissance village, rich in history, which rises above the Valdichiana plain, surrounded by green hills. The surrounding countryside is dotted with paths and routes suitable for walking. Castiglion Fiorentino also hosts a number of live festivals, including a traditional medieval festival in late May/early June. Arezzo and Cortona are beautiful cities of Etruscan origin, characterized by historic centers with medieval and Renaissance buildings, artisan shops, antique dealers, typical trattorias, where you can taste typical traditional dishes.
