Our stay was disappointing. Communication was odd from the start â we were asked to log in through a separate portal, not Vrbo, and never got clear info.The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator; hauling luggage up the narrow stairs was exhausting. Not suitable for elderly or disabled guests.We had to coordinate with an outside person to get the keys, who demanded 30 âcheck-in feeâ in cash (not disclosed in the listing), with no receipt and no credit card option â this felt shady and uncomfortable.The apartment lacked basics like toilet paper and soap, which wasnât mentioned beforehand. Appliances were broken (no working kettle), the toilet seat was damaged, and rain leaked in through poorly sealed windows.The biggest issue was the hot water â only enough for two showers before running cold, which was a major inconvenience for our group of four.On the plus side, the location was half decent, and the price wasnât bad, but with all the hassle, it didnât feel worth it. We wouldnât recommend this property unless youâre prepared for extra fees, poor communication, and a lot of stairs.
