The master bedroom features a private bathroom, while the two other bathrooms are conveniently located for guests (one half-bathroom with only WC). After 8:00 PM: €30
After 11:00 PM: €50

Public Holidays: €40

Note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we offer an option to check in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, allowing you to drop off your bags while the apartment is being cleaned. The fee for this early check-in is €20. We will do our best to have the property ready by your arrival time; however, we guarantee it will be ready by 3:00 PM.

Tourist tax: €6 per person, per day (for the stays until 10 days), applicable to anyone over 10 years old. The tourist tax is paid via cash at the check-in.

We follow all Covid-19 cleaning protocols. Properties that charge less for cleaning may not meet these standards.

Baby crib/high chair: €5 per night, each
Extra towels: €6 per guest (please request before arrival)
Extra sheets: €10 per bed

🕓 Timing & Late Fees
Arriving more than 45 minutes late (without notice): €20 (Contact us one hour in advance if delayed to avoid charges.)
If correct payment is not provided at check-in, a €10 fee applies for a second visit.

2️⃣ NOTES FOR YOUR STAY
1.Always keep your front door fully closed and locked when leaving your apartment.

2.Avoid disturbing your neighbors. Be considerate of the people that live in your building.

3 NO PARTIES. If things go missing or get damaged, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE.

4.Throw your daily trash in the main trash bins in the building entrance or on the street as indicated at the entrance of your building.

5.Keep TV & Music Volume low before 8am and after 10pm.

6.Keep your apartment clean and tidy to help keep pests to a minimum. Rome is an old city and it has cockroaches, mice, rats and scorpions !

7.Linen and towels must only be used for their specific use.

8.Feminine products and other items must be thrown in the trash and NOT IN THE TOILET. If the toilet blocks or the sink clogs it may be due to what you are putting down there and you will be liable for the cost.

9.Close your shutters and windows when you are not in your apartment.

10 Please do not slam the doors in the apartment as it causes paint to crack around the doorframe and disturbs your neighbors.

11 Do not attempt to make any calls using the apartments phone line. Any calls registered during your stay will be charged to you.

12. If something is not clean enough or you have any technical issue with an appliance or TV ...Please let us know so we can take care of it for you :) Our goal is for you to have a pleasant stay.

7.We have contacts with PR Companies in case your group wants to go clubbing/get a table.

8.We do this job professionally so it’s important to us that our guests have a great experience in Rome, we are always contactable and we have the resources to fix most issues that can arise.

9.We can provide transport to and from the airport using our comfortable and luxury car service and trusty drivers.
