Elegant and spacious 160 square meters apartment located on the 4th floor of a 1600s building with lift. It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms with king-size bed (70 in x 79 in) and 4 en suite bathrooms. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels, washer/dryer.

The apartment was renovated in 2021. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

APPARTEMENT A RECOMMANDER

Appartement très spacieux qui peut accueillir 6 personnes: chaque couple étant bien isolé des autres "locataires" (3 grandes chambres + 3 salles de bains): totalement conforme à la description de l'annonce Appartement idéalement placé au coeur du Rome historique, à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus: très calme que ce soit de jours ou de nuit Equipements très complets (grande cuisine super bien équipée: lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro ondes, vaisselle) et fonctionnels: tout OK sauf un manque de torchons regrettable Quelques odeurs de poubelles au rez de chaussée (pas tous les jours) Excellent contact avec la propriétaire: précise, très à l'écoute, qui nous a fourni une aide précieuse pour le transfert appartement/aéroport Plusieurs restaurants recommandés par la propriétaire se sont avérés excellents, typiquement italiens et fréquentés par une majorité d'italiens (ce qui est super bon signe): La pace del Palato, trattoria Lilli, Cul de sac. Tous avec du personnel très agréable et à l'écoute Appartement à RECOMMANDER A TOUT POINT DE VUE

spacieux appartement dans le centre de Rome

Bonjour Nous avons passé 5 jours sur Rome accompagnés de deux couples d'amis. L'appartement est très spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. De plus, il est très bien situé, ce qui permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied. Nous avons également été très bien reçus par Flaminia, qui se tient vraiment à l'écoute de ses hôtes. Perfect! Host meet us at the property and gave us a tour of the property. Apartment was more than expected. The location....walk outside and down a street filled with restuarants, bars, gelato and quaint shops. Flaminia answered any questions I had in immediately. Can we give a 10???

Great place to stay in Rome

Our family of four had a great stay for our first time in Rome. Easy walking distance to the Vatican and the apartment was excellent and very easy check-in with great communication. The host even coordinated private cars for travel to/from airport and train station.

Great location and good for a group

The accommodation was clean and convenient for our group of 5. The living area was outstanding to enjoy as a group. Asked for extra towels and received super fast. Had some issues understanding the washer, but eventually figured it out with a google search. En-suite shower drain had some challenges which they tried to improved, but it continued to drain slowly. Overall, a great stay with very minor issues and quick response. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Dreamy Roma Vacation

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our adult family of 6 (3 couples), with each having own bathroom/shower and the beds in 2 of the rooms say “queen” but I think closer to king size. We were in Rome for 10 nights over the Christmas holiday and there was wonderful space to spread out, have breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen before exploring, and there is a small lift to get you to the 4th floor. They even provided a small decorated Christmas tree for us. On the Via Dei Corinare, we walked nearly everywhere so it is a perfect location. Host and staff were extremely responsive, and they serviced the apartment twice with fresh sheets and towels which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Just a fabulous experience!

Great apartment in a central location.

This apartment is as described. If you are visiting Rome and want to be able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, this is a great choice. While I would absolutely stay here again, I will mention the minor drawbacks we had. Construction noise begins early (as of Oct 2024), the road is torn up and and I don't know when it will complete. Also, this is in a neighborhood that is surrounded with bars and restaurants. The weekends were noisy on one side of the apartment until pretty late. But don't be deterred, unless that's a deal breaker for you. It was fine for us. Also find some restaurants ahead of time and don't just walk into places, there are a lot of tourist traps nearby and you will regret it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Perfect location

Check in was very easy someone was there when we arrived to let us in and go over details. The host booked us a ride from airport to apartment. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Much larger than I was expecting!! 3 large king size bedrooms with bathrooms to include hairdryers. Location was superb. Easy walking to all main locations we walked everywhere. Very nice restaurants just outside the building. Perfect stay in Rome!! I will return to this location.

5 adults- we each had our own bedrooms & baths. Great location- markets, shops & restaurants right out side your door. Piazza Navona a short walk away. The host was helpful throughout the planning process and communicated with me promptly. Flaminia helped with arranging transfers for me and my family from the cruise port and airport. The staff was present at check in to help with luggage and go over all of the amenities. The property is clean, well appointed, and located perfectly to tour central Rome. We could not be more pleased.

Great Location, Fabulous Apartment

Everything about our stay was excellent! The host provided all the information we needed prior to our arrival including a recommendation for a chef that we scheduled to come to the apartment for a cooking class and offers to setup transportation. The host was very flexible with check-in when our arrival time changed to later in the day. Check-in and getting into the apartment was very easy. The apartment is spacious, well lit, with comfortable beds and all of the conveniences we needed. The location was very convenient, and we easily walked to all of the places we wanted to see including the Vatican museum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the River Tiber and Campo De Fiori. The apartment was surrounded by many fine restaurants and shops that made it easy to find really good pasta, pizza, gelato, coffee, wine and supplies. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Relaxing in Roma

The apartment was very spacious. We traveled with our grown family, so wanted 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Large living room, dining room and separate kitchen with table. Very comfortable. Provided mid week cleaning. Immediate response when contacted host. Sent a car for us at the airport, would aldo give cookjng lessons ir a dinner.
