This cosy apartment sleeps up to 6 people across two bedrooms. The first bedroom houses a comfortable double bed perfect for unwinding. The second bedroom holds one double bed and two single beds, even with multiple beds the room still feels spacious. Each bedroom has storage for personal belongings and each guest is provided with a hand and bath towel. The apartment also has a family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
The open plan kitchen-living area feels spacious with fun, brightly coloured walls. With its plush sofa, the living area is ideal for unwinding with your favourite TV shows. With the provision for dining space, the living area has a sociable yet relaxed feel. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave and basic pantry items such as oil, salt and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. These amenities ensure you have access to everything you need for a short- or long-term stay.
Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods, dishwasher tablets, products to wash up with and a bottle of sparkling wine. These provisions allow you to make full use of the ameneities!
Situated in the centre of Workington town, this apartment is an ideal location for those looking to stay in Workington or as a base for those exploring Cumbria. Workington has a number of pubs and café
in and around the town centre many of which are within walking distance of this property. There are also multiple supermarkets near to the property such as M&S and Iceland, other supermarkets are outside the centre.
Workington is approximately 20 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 42 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holiday makers, its location would make it ideal for those in the area for work with local transport links to Workington Community Hospital and Sellafield.
Unfortunately this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are a number of pay and display car parks nearby, the details of which can be provided by your hosts. There are also a number of local disc zones, more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts.
There are a number of local transport links including a train station with services running from Barrow-in-Furness to Carlisle. Workington also has a number of local bus routes
