Summary:
Nestled in a grade 2 listed mid-terrace Regency house, this top floor studio flat in the Kemptown area of Brighton is a short stroll to the sea. The entire apartment is yours, including living area complete with a super king size bed, Smart TV, and dining area. A luxurious bathroom with roll top bath, separate walk in shower and double vanity units are a delight and fresh linen, towels, toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, are all included to help make your stay unforgettable. Wifi included.
The Space:
Tucked away yet still close to the city centre and the beach, is this amazing industrial style studio apartment with some fantastic features. It oozes character and is styled with lots of natural wood creating a rustic feel throughout. Situated in the historic Kemptown area of the city with its array of independent shops and cafes it’s just a short stroll to the beach at the end of the road or a 10 minute walk down St James street to Brighton centre.
The studio has been designed throughout with charm and visually pleasing aesthetics, particularly the exposed wood that runs throughout. With space to dine or work, a Nespresso coffee machine, large screen smart TV super comfy enormous bed and lavish bathroom, there are all the things you need to make your stay in Brighton wonderful. Other essentials including a kettle, crockery, glassware, and cutlery are provided for your convenience.
The studio features a 180cm wide super king size bed for 2 guests with an optional rollout king size trundle bed underneath.
Fresh white linen, towels and guest toiletries are provided. The super stylish bathroom has an enormous walk-in shower room, twin sinks and a beautiful stand alone, roll top bath.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house privately for the duration of their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
The Kemptown area of Brighton has a lovely community feel to it. With an array of eateries, bakeries, coffee shops and independent stores, it has always been a vibrant part of Brighton. A wonderful afternoon can be had simply strolling along the main street, stopping for coffee, browsing a book or an antique shop before heading down to the seafront.
Just a short walk to the city centre and seafront, it is a wonderful, central location for any length of stay. The centre of Brighton with all it's amazing attractions including great shopping, restaurants bars, Brighton Pier, the i360, the Museum and Art Gallery are all close by too.
Brighton, known as “London by the Sea,” is a dynamic coastal city famed for its eclectic charm and cultural richness. The Brighton Palace Pier is an emblem of the city, featuring traditional rides, game arcades, and food stalls that attract visitors year-round.
