Détendez-vous dans la confortable Hanalei Bay Villa 11 après une longue journ��e passée à explorer la majestueuse côte nord de Kauai. Parfaitement situ�� près de la rue Regis Princeville Resort. Admirez la vue sur l'océan et la montagne ou promenez-vous quelques minutes à pied des plages et des restaurants. La suite principale lumineuse et a��rée a un beau lit king size, une télévision, une salle de bain privée et son propre lanai (patio) surplombant la baie de Hanalei. La 2ème chambre a 2 lits jumeaux confortables et une télévision.

3 nuits minimum, autre séjour minimum peut s'appliquer de façon saisonnière; Veuillez nous contacter pour des renseignements. Comme dans la plupart des maisons de Kauai, cette location de vacances n'est pas climatisée.

We had a great time staying here. Thank you. Pros: spectacular view!, fabulous location!, good bed, spacious, lots of birds visiting lanai and watching golfers, good host instructions. Cons: repairs needed to shades and drawers, shabby floors and furniture, noise from golf course machines at 6am.

We had beach chairs, a cooler , plenty of ice, fans that provided plenty of air, nice walk to beach by hotel, close to hideaway beach, and close to shops and a market

Excellent location

The location was excellent and everything was clean and in working order. It is a very dated and sparsely decorated unit, but the location and view off the porch made up for it!

This is one of the most beautiful settings you'll ever experience. Breath-taking view, lovely, comfortable house, short hike to a wonderful beach. Very responsive management team. Wish we could stay forever.

Loved our Honeymoon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the first 4 days of our Honeymoon at this Villa and loved it!! Every morning we sat out on the lanai and watched as it rained on the left side of us, while a rainbow formed on the right. It has an absolutely stunning view, just as you see in the pictures. We loved that it was a standalone since that's what drew us to going the vrbo route instead of staying at a resort. The location was perfect - it felt peaceful and a little removed from the rest of the neighborhoods, and walkable to 2 of our favorite beaches in the Princeville area (Hideaways, and access to One Hawaii resort's beach access), which was such a plus to be able to head down for the sunset or for a short period of time without having to pack up the car or hike from further in the neighborhood. The kitchen and appliances are a little outdated and no washer/dryer made it tricky after several days of hiking and sweating, but these were not issues and other than that we were very comfortable and had a fantastic time. Thank you!!

Comfortable, charming villa with great mountain view in Princeville.

This villa was well-equipped and admirably finished and furnished. Best for a couple with two kids. Great views of the mountains from both levels. Everything was well thought-out and documented in advance. There were no surprises, just how I like it. Overall well-maintained with a few items showing their age. Set of books and puzzles in villa was more than nice to have and very appreciated. We left one more puzzle for future occupants. We had a great time there and will remember it.

The view is specacular! Especially after the rain, waterfalls everywhere. Living furniture is looks unclean and uncomfortable. most of the blinds don't work. The ability to texted with management would be helpful. They don't respond or call back. Thank you for our stay

A home away from home.

Just waking up to the sights is well worth the money especially every morning, its just paradise. Looking down at the golfers try their best! The bay in the background. The birds come to say hello im the morning at the deck while you're having a cup of coffee. The geckos come in the afternoon. The breeze in the night. The starry night. The closeness to the beautiful hideaway beach(10 minutes incluing climb) a coupl of blocks to check out the spectacular sunsets. The list goes on and on. It's aa little pricey but worth it. If you can afford it you won't regret it. Would love to cone back soon!

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It will be even better when the 1Hotel (former St. Regis) is open which was closed for renovation when we were there. It's a great location for exploring the north shore and just hanging out. It's very close to Hanalei, Anini Beach, Kilauea, etc. It would be nice if some simple condiments like salt and pepper and sugar packets were provided. The condo was very clean and the managements website for booking was excellent. The daily updates of things going on the island was a nice touch. The pocket door on the upstairs bathroom could us a little work as it is hard to close.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in dire need of renovation. Oceanfront staff are non-responsive to customer needs. I’ve rented this villa many times over the years, but will hesitate to do so again. If I were the owner, I’d change the rental agency managing rentals for this property asap.

Felt that "host" was uninterested in creating an exceptional,accommodating experience. Clean, convenient and quiet, but otherwise, you are "on your own".

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A wonderful stay. Balcony view is beyond impressive. That alone is worth the price. Interior is clean but needs a little touch-up (walls could use some paint, refrigerator and dishwasher are old and loud, couch should be replaced) but overall a nice place. Roosters will likely wake you up from time to time.

Beautiful view and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for our honeymoon and this location was superb! Close to Hanalei bay, but still still felt secluded and quiet. You also cannot beat the view and it was amazing to wake up to everyday. Although this unit did not have AC, it is absolutely not a problem since the evenings are cool.
