The Condo was very nicely decorated and great use of space. My daughter and I stayed here for 6 days and had a wonderful stay. The owners were super receptive to any requests. Everything looks brand new. Super comfortable location was quiet, nice lanai for breakfast every morning.

Great spot in Poipu
My husband and I really enjoyed staying in this rental in Poipu. The location was outstanding, really central to everything on the south shore. The apartment was well-described and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like cookies. Would definitely recommend this rental.

This was not even our original booking .Guest booked with friend of ours that could not accommodate this stay and asked us for favor to discount 30% our rate and let this guest check in without even payment being made due to delay on VRBO refund on original booking . We allowed that and received payment several days after guest checked in just to ensure his family vacation plans were not messed up. Unit that was booked is way below our category and none of Kiahuna condos have A/C so we are not sure what guest expected when he originally booked .

We really enjoyed our stay for the past four weeks. The unit was exactly as represented. Modern, clean and quite. The owner was very responsive to our questions and any concerns. The cleaning staff was excellent. We fully recommend this unit to others.

Very relaxing and comfortable unit
Comfortable, firm bed with mini kitchen amenities. Owner was very responsive and communicative. Would recommend a stay here. Future Travellers should note that there is no oceanview with this particular unit, but a lovely garden and lawn area. It’s very private, and one of the units to the very back. We were surprised, given our previous stays at Kiahuna plantation, that there weren’t any beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. So please keep this in mind if you have children or hoping for beach toys.

I am glad you had good time . We used to keep boogie board and snorkeling gears with beach chairs on one unit and it was very hard to keep unit clean . Also renters were leaving broken boards and dirty chairs what caused another guests to complain . We do not live full time on Kauai that we can inspect between guests and it was very hard to keep everyone pleased so we decided most important is to keep unit very clean . Thanks again for staying at our condo !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely condo near Poipu Beach, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the space. It was spotless, making it feel welcoming and comfortable right away. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, allowing me to prepare meals with ease. Whether I was whipping up breakfast or making a simple dinner, I found everything I needed, from cookware to utensils. It truly felt like a home away from home.The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring that I got a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful island. Waking up refreshed made my vacation even more enjoyable.One great feature of this condo is the weekly cleaning service, which kept everything in top shape without being intrusive. It was nice to come back to a tidy space without having to worry about daily maintenance.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide recommendations. Amazing Location and Best Beach on the Island!
This Condo was amazing! Kiahuna Plantation is the best location on Kauai with the best beach on the island! Everything is within walking distance! Restaurants, Shops, Beach, hiking, surfing, and Poipu Beach Club are all within 5 minutes walk. The beach has a nice grassy park area where can hang out on beach chairs provided by the resort. They have a beach hut for renting surf boards, boogie boards, and have towels for the resort guests. We were also provided complimentary access to the Poipu Beach club that has a pool, gym, Bar and grill, and tennis courts. Host was amazing and we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice condo in a beautiful resort
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It is very nicely decorated, clean and well appointed with brand new appliances. The grounds are beautiful, management and concierge are very professional and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants within a short drive and it is conveniently located to visit the Waimea Canyon. Beautiful Kiahuna beach is within walking distance from the condo and is now our favourite beach on the island - small but not too crowded. The beach hut provides you with fresh towels - so does the athletic center across the road. Noise was not really an issue for us. We would happily stay there again.

Clean, but noisy
Going into this, we knew there was no air conditioning, but we did not realize there are no actual windows, but instead shutters you can open and close. This works great for letting in the breeze, but it also lets everything else in such as noise and smoke. It's made worse by the fact that the bedroom is at the front of the condo by the common area. So when we tried to sleep, we had to breathe the cigarette smoke from people smoking in front and listen to the people upstairs stumble home drunk. The bed itself wasn't too comfortable either and we wound up leaving this place halfway to get a room at the Westin and get some sleep.
Communication from the host wasn't great either. When I booked, I asked for any tips on local places and I got a reply in broken English with a dead url. As we got closer to our check in, I never heard from the host, so I reached out and got a short one sentence reply (nothing was laid out in the description). Finally, the host never reached out after we left early. I get that they didn't owe us anything, but would have been nice since they should have gotten notice from the property management that we left early.
Overall, this place was clean and in line with its description. However, I can't recommend anyone to stay here because of the noise and other factors, hence the rating

I am so sorry that you had bad experience . We can't control other guests but if they were noisy or smoking ( its a smoke free resort ) you should call front desk and bring that to their attention . Its first time that anyone complained but I do believe some guests are loud and over board with partying .
Again you should let front desk know and they would take care of that .
Also they did not let us know that you left early . They manage over 300 units and I will bring to their attention its important to pass any feedback .
They manage 3 units for us and so far you are first guest with bad experience . I did send you url from Kauai visitor web site with tips . I do not live on Kauai and I am visitor myself , that web site is pretty useful to other guests if they are coming first time . Our unit is voted as nicest in Kiahuna plantation on multiple realtor tours and I am very sorry you could not enjoy due to issues with other guests . Some people don't understand that they should let others enjoy and its something that I will address with management . We stay away of giving too much instructions simple due condo being in condo hotel resort and at time you are checking in front desk gives you all necessary information's. Our response time is usually instantly when we receive email with actual question .
You should also let us know that you are leaving early and you are having any kind of issues . We know very well everyone at that resort and if we knew we would call them directly to be sure anyone who is not complaining with house rules is taken off the property .

Awesome Location, Beautiful Condo!
Our family of 4 stayed here in March and it was the perfect location, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk through the grounds and the pool and fitness center were just as close (perfect for a quiet late night swim and a cocktail). The condo was the perfect size with all the amenities we needed and it was nice and cool and quiet! Checking in was a breeze and the cleaning and towel service was a great bonus! We will definitely rent this place again if we decide to stay in Poipu!

What you see is what you get!
I was nervous about renting this unit, as it didn't have any reviews at the time. But it was every bit as beautiful as it looked in the pictures and very well equipped. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated in a relaxing beach house style, this condo MORE than met our needs - and was a pleasure to return to at the end of every day. The ONLY thing it didn't have that we could have used was a couple of beach chairs. We spent most of our time down at the beach fronting the Kiahuna Plantation, where chairs are provided, but we would have happily gone to other beaches if we'd had something to sit on. Having said that, the beach in front of this resort is a gorgeous strip of sand, with fun waves to play in and a great view of the ocean. One of the best spots on the south shore to watch the sun set. We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay here and highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful Condo!
This place is recently renovated and decorated in a very attractive style. Everything is brand new. The grounds and walkways are carefully landscaped and maintained with a lovely orchid garden right on the property.
It was immaculately clean, quiet and comfortable in every possible way pleasant. Huge deck overlooking a large green meadow. Fast internet. Shower was hot, and had good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable with a good mattress. Kitchen fully equippped.
There was a gorgeous beach a pleasant 5-10 minute walk away, and a beach club with a large pool about the same distance away.
The owners were almost instantly responsive about some minor issues and obviously care very much about their place and guests. No detail was overlooked.
All in all a GREAT choice in the Poipu area.
