The villa is on two floors, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the top floor, and a wrap-around balcony for great views. Outside you will find a private pool, ideal for relaxing. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of two supermarkets, the beach and a bus stop, this villa offers everything you need.

Upon entering Villa Erimar, the hallway leads you to the left to the fully equipped kitchen, with oven, hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The separate utility room offers a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron. There is even an extra bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

The open plan living/dining room is comfortably furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, dining table with four to six chairs, a sideboard with a 55 inch Smart TV, with international channels, Netflix, Prime TV and free Wi-Fi. Through the sliding doors you come directly onto the terrace by the pool, where you can enjoy the sun or the shade thanks to the sunshade.

One floor up you will find the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, free A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, bidet, toilet and sink. Further on is a bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, free A/C and sliding doors to the private balcony with beautiful views.

The private pool is approximately 3 x 5 meters and the depth varies from 1.40 to 1.70 meters. The pool is heated from 1st Nov. -31st March for free. There are sun beds placed by the pool for a relax moment.
