Situated on a livestock farm owned by the propertyâs hosts, this stunning residence offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside. Located within the village of Willerby, which is just off from the sandy shores of Filey (8mls), where you can spend your days relaxing on the beach and enjoying the invigorating sea breeze. This idyllic spot is perfect for walkers and cyclists, with the Wolds Way just a short distance away, offering numerous walking and cycling trails directly from your doorstep. Venture up the coast to the medieval Whitby (26mls) Additionally, you can visit nearby historical sites such as Sledmere House (13mls) and Burton Agnes Hall (13mls).
As you enter the farmhouse, you're welcomed by an open hallway brimming with character, highlighted by a tall wood burner that adds warmth and charm. To your right, there's a snug room furnished with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, ideal for enjoying a quiet read or providing a retreat for the kids. Next to this space is a convenient downstairs WC. Moving straight ahead, you'll discover the kitchen, rich in cottage charm, fully equipped, and offering lovely garden views, along with a large dining table perfect for gatherings. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room, an ideal spot for the dogs and keeping your laundry organised. The lower floor is completed by two bedrooms: one with a king-size, and a super-king-size zip-and-link (can be made into twins on request), with views of the paddock and equipped with their own Smart TVs. These rooms share a family bathroom that features a walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom, featuring another super-king-size zip-and-link bed (can be made into a twin on request) and breathtaking rural views as soon as you enter. The master bedroom also boasts a contemporary en-suite with a freestanding bath and WC. Completing the upper floor is a lounge area with another wood burner, a Smart TV, wooden beams, and exposed brickwork, and with French doors leading down into the garden, it provides you with a perfect space to relax and unwind.
