Summary:
This stunning 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Grimsby town centre was completely refurbished in May 2021.
Everything is new, and immaculately finished, we even provide a Nespresso coffee machine and pods!
The Space:
The apartment consists of a lounge/kitchen which is fully fitted with electric hob, oven and extractor, refrigerator, sink and matt kitchen units.
The lounge comes with two comfy 2 seater sofa's a 50" Samsung Smart TV and dining area for 4 people. Netflix, full wifi access and digital TV is all included.
The large hallway leads to two separate double bedroom with Ikea mattresses, wardrobe/hanging space, suitcase stand and chest of drawers.
The full property is centrally heated, with new double glazing to all rooms. The bedrooms are fitted with new carpets and the main living areas have laminate flooring with cushion vinyl being fitted to the bathroom.
The bathroom has a brand new suite, with luxury shower over the "P" shaped bath.
A utility room finishes off the apartment with a 10kg load washing machine and stainless steel sink.
The apartment is reached using a straight staircase so please ensure all guests are able to climb stairs safely.
A baby gate is fitted at the stop of the stairs for safety as well as the apartment being fitted with emergency lighting and mains powered smoke and heat detectors, and a carbon monoxide alarm. There is a fire blanket in the kitchen.
Guest Access:
There is disabled parking outside the apartment and paid parking just a few yards/metres away. The paid parking is free overnight. Location of parking can be seen in the map image above.
The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the train and bus stations.
Access and check in is via a key box directly outside the property.
