Summary:
The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. With only a two minute drive from the A180, this house is perfect for easy access in and out of Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Extremely close to the renowned Grimsby docks whether for work or sightseeing. The house is only a 13 minute drive to the Cleethorpes sea front and beach. The property also has ample parking.
The Space:
You will have access to the whole house. On entry you will find yourself in the spacious living room/dining room space. In here is the TV and the router. Continuing through you will come to the kitchen with the fridge/freezer, oven and washing machine. The boiler is also located in here should you need access. The thermostat is in the living/dining area. Out the back of the kitchen is the concrete garden. Be careful when existing this door as it is a fire safety door and will close and shut behind you.
Up the stairs from in the living room and directly in front is the small back bedroom with a single bed. Next to this room is the bathroom with bath and shower. Continuing upstairs you will find a large middle room with two single beds and at the front a large bedroom with a double within. All rooms have hanging racks.
Guest Access:
Self access via the lockbox located to the right of the front door.

Situated within the town of Grimsby and about 15.6 miles to the south-east of Kingston upon Hull, this home is located under a mile from Grimsby Town Station. Alexandra Dock is only a 5 minute drive from the property.

There is a Tesco Express a short walk from the property, and there is also an Asda supermarket (under a mile away) and a Tesco supermarket (under a mile away) within easy reach.
If you enjoy the cinema, there is a Parkway cinema about 3.7 miles away in Cleethorpes.
