Belle, propre, confortable et spacieuse suite de 4 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, gérée par Hosteeva, située dans le centre-ville, à quelques pas des attractions touristiques les plus visitées (quartier français, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Centre des congrès, Superdome , etc). Le bâtiment lui-même est situé dans un quartier sûr. Il convient aux couples, qui peuvent siroter une tasse de thé près de la cheminée amicale. Pour les voyageurs d'affaires, qui peuvent profiter des chambres de maître, des salles de bains magnifiques et une réparation de haute qualité. Lots of space

Perfect for large group. Plenty of space and clean. Kitchen isn’t stocked at all, need to bring own pots and pans if you plan to cook

Weekend away

Overall all great location. Close to trolley and Walgreens very close by. Whole house upstairs and downstairs wreaked of maraijuana our entire stay. Dont really blame the owner because it was probably the last group that stayed there. I would make sure your cleaning team reports that to you though, because when a group of cops stay there (that would be us) it's not pleasant for them. Overall good stay!!!

Uncomfortable

The beds were all double size and hard. The TV was so small and continued to blink. You can hear the group on the third floor constantly moving something the hot water didn’t last long enough for two showers. Oh yes the place was nice looking and clean plus in a good location but all the other stuff made it unpleasant and I will not rent it again

Great and comfortable place!

This place was huge! My girls and I were celebrating our bride to be. We were only a party of 4 so there was more than enough room for all of us. The living room and kitchen space were great! It would've been helpful tho if there was a big mixing bowl. We ended up making breakfast and only baking her a cake so having additional kitchenware would've been helpful. The bedrooms were comfy and the bathroom spacious as well. The only issue we found is that there's no easy access to throw your trash out when you leave; we have to walk down a long balcony to get to our unit and where the trash needed to go was around the side of the building. Overall, however, it was a great stay and it wasn't far from the French Quarter (10-12 min drive). Trolleys aren't far but we rented a car and drove each day.

Good stay with some scope of improvement

Overall it was a very comfortable stay for our party of 7. The living, dining and kitchen zone downstairs was huge and enough to house a large group. The bedroom upstairs had neat sheets and comforters and the bathrooms had enough number of towels. The location is great, with the magazine st shops and restaurants very close by along with the Lafayette Cemetery and the cable street cars. The WW2 museum was also close by and the drive to the Jackson Square/French quarter is around 10 min. Some areas of improvement to turn this to an even better experience: 1. The downstairs heating system was not working and it was very cold during our stay. On raising the concern with the local support team they did provide two brand new space heaters. 2. The Hot/Cold water in the showers are turned other way around and that caused lower pressure for hot water. 3. The dishwasher did not work so we had to leave the dishes in them and could not run it. Overall our stay was good and will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great location for Mardi gras parades

The unit was huge. Living, dining room and kitchen down stairs were spacious and the couches very comfy for resting between parades. Bedrooms were upstairs and were of good size. Beds were new and comfy, plenty of towels though an extra blanket would have been nice. Laundry was a luxury after getting caught in the LA rain. Property was a little confusing on entering. Although the address is on Carondelet st, access to the property is from the driveway off St. Mary st. There is parking on the streets, but with big parades, parking is premium. There is a shared driveway but I didn't want to leave my car in that spot over night. We did get street parking and once parked, used Uber for our adventures. St. Charles Trolley would have been a great asset, but it wasn't running due to parades. A Walgreens is on the opposite side of the block and that was very handy. Over all, it was a nice unit, but many construction items to be completed before it could be a 5 star rental; sticking bedroom doors, tiles not glued down, shower fixtures installed backwards, but once the owner completes his punch list, I'm sure it will be a diamond rental. Rental company was responsive to questions. Oh... and the unit needs a wine opener!

Not as expected, and definitely not worth the money!

In the pictures, this place looked great! Ideal space & room for a family of 6 plus an infant, plus close to the trolley line. Just west of Jackson Ave. HOWEVER! Checking into the place, it REEKED of fabuloso, the floors were sticky, there wasn’t one rug in the house. The fireplace works but doesn’t emit heat. None of the fans worked, neither did the remotes with them. There were a total of 2 drinking glasses, and no ice. Tile floors throughout the house with busted grout, and grout pieces all over the place. The walls and baseboards were FILTHY! Upstairs, the bedrooms were also gross and hand furniture in it that looked like it was picked off the side of the road. Huge gashes and cuts all in it, huge scrapes and scuffs along the walls. One bedroom, sat on the foot of the bed & the front part of the mattress flew up. All of the box springs were makeshift 2x4 slats. The bathroom up stairs, we had to secure the shower curtain rod bc it was dangling there by a thread. The bathroom downstairs has a busted lock, and you can’t even shut the bathroom door upstairs because it’s off-center. Overall, the place is a POS and I’m really upset I paid this amount of money for such a run down, raggedly place. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY WHATSOEVER.

Good for what was required

The condo was great for our bachelor party however I could see some people having major issues if they are more picky. The hot water in the shower did not work when we were there. There was a large hole in the bathroom door when we showed up which we reported to Hosteeva. There were also many cracked floor tiles. Besides the above the condo was very nice and served our group well.

Comfortable

Condo was very spacious and nice comfortable for the party that stayed due to a wedding in the area. Very convenient to attractions, trolley, and food establishments. Only thing was found out the walls are very thin from adjoining condo. There was a family staying with small kids and crack of dawn heard the kids running up and down the stairs and yelling but other than that nice place.
