Pozzo Roverso, modern apartment with garden in the Castello district.



Modern apartment on the first floor of a building with no elevator. The accommodation has a living room with a double sofa bed and a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and dining table. The sleeping area is divided into three rooms, two of which are furnished with a queen-size bed each and a final room with a bunk bed. Finally, two bathrooms with showers complete the layout of the accommodation.



*The building is not equipped with an elevator.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known throughout the world as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

When you get there take a water taxi. I loved the walk, it was only about half hr maybe but you will go up and over bridges with your luggage. They sent expensive at all.. highly recommend. The location of this property was INCREDIBLE! Pleasantly off the beaten path yet right in the middle of everything. It felt like we lived there among the locals. The view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible. Lots of extra kitchen things provided. So we did cook our own meal a couple oftimes. Would definitely stay here again. There are a good amount of stairs so If you can’t do stairs that might be of interest. I thought it was a great workout!

Communication with the host was horrible. I reached out prior to leaving for vacation and no one got back to me until days before. We had nowhere to leave our luggage at that point. Would not allow us to leave our luggage there even with the courtyard in the back. From when we were able to finally enter, the house seemed to be clean at first appearance. Then, notice the toliet was not clean. One of the pillows had blood on it. The air conditioner was on a timer or controlled by someone other than us.It was extremely warm. We had booked for two days, but after the first day at 10:30am, i received a whatsapp message from host stating that check out was at 10:00am. We all of a sudden had no electric. I then sent the host a copy of my confirmation stating that we had another day and that he needed to turn the electric back on, i was told that the electric company had a fault that needed to be fixed. Not too long after we had electric. STAY AWAY

Great Venice Apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. Great location. Easy walking distance to St. Mark's. Lots of great restaurants and shops near by. We definitely recommend this apartment and will stay here again the next time we are in Venice.

This property was fantastic. It was so quiet and pretty comfortable for our family of 4. It was a few minute walk to get food or to major attractions. The property manager provided lots of detailed information and directions that were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We loved the location of this apartment! We were so close to all the main tourists spots but far enough away to enjoy rest and relaxation. There is a great little restaurant across from the apartment. The check in was easy and the hosts replied quickly with any questions we had.

Wonderful trip to Venice

First time for our three kids got to visit Venice. We were in the middle of everything and the restaurants around us were terrific. The apartment was nice and clean.

Lovely, Private apartment in great location!

Tucked away in a little courtyard, this apt had plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms for our family of 5. A short walk from st. Mark’s square and close to good restaurants, it even has a washing machine! Communication was easy and helpful. We would stay here again!

Everything was good. Only real issue is very strong smell upstairs of canal and sewer. The location is great, and directions were super easy!

The location is amazing.But the property, although it has potential, we found the following issues:1. Property is not well cleaned and maintained - lots of garbage on the patio area. Paint wall coming off in several spots and walls and doors dirty. Blankets and duvets stained or dirty.2- not enough supplies for a family of 7 for 3 nights. We had to buy more paper towel, toilet paper, detergent because they don’t leave enough.3- could leave some extra towels since they don’t dry. We had to use wet towels 4- the worst of all, the strong smell of sewer coming from the upstairs bathroom. It was strong. Enough to let the whole house with unpleasant smell. We had to keep that door closed at all times.5- I didn’t find communication to be the greatest. Management sends WhatsApp messages, but when we try to communicate via WhatsApp they don’t respond. Checking in was kind of a hassle, the system sent a code to my phone In order to sign the agreement, but my phone was unable to work overseas, I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, no answer. So I had to set my phone for data roaming In order to have this done. 6- furniture is very outdated.The property is very funcional has great potential and the location is prime, but with this management and without some renovations I don’t think I would stay there again.

What a wonderful flat just outside Piazza San Marco

Such a lively property. We enjoyed our stay there very much. Tucked in it’s own little piazza with a wonderful restaurant steps from the door. AC on the top floor was very slow to cool down but once we got it going the second night sleep up there was very comfortable. We’ll be back.

Good location, overall satisfied

Location is super convenient, in the middle of Venice, close to everywhere. Appliances took us a while to figure out how to use since there was no English and quite different from how we usually use. Good communication. Overall satisfied.
