All guests will need to climb stairs in order to access the apartments. Please bare in mind that the street may be noisy with it being close to restaurants and bars in the area.
The space
I look forward to welcoming you as our guests to this modern and convenient "maisonette style" apartment in the middle of Newcastle City centre. This home from home will give you easy access to many of the popular sights of the city including St James Park, Eldon square and the Theatre Royal.
I've enjoyed sourcing modern and comfortable furniture to make the home a relaxing place to stay. I hope that my property forms the beginning of an enjoyable stay in Newcastle
My property comfortably sleeps 6 guests, and also has a small shared outside space overlooking parts of the city centre. PLEASE be mindful that there are a number of stairs to reach this apartment and no lift is available, however, the walk up the stairs is worth it.
Walk Through
You will enter the property via a shared front door accessible by fob. This space inside is communal and therefore you may bump into local residents so please be kind and respectful. Follow signs up to reach the apartment. Once inside you will enter into a small hallway space with a downstairs toilet to your right and one of the three bedrooms to your left. Ahead you will see the open plan, living, dining and kitchen space. A great place to socialise and relax in.
Upstairs you will locate the second and third bedrooms as well as the main bathroom of the property. All bath towels and personal hand towels can be found on the beds ready for when you arrive.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. To reach the door of the apartment you will have to enter via a shared reception space and a set of stairs. This is used by other residents in the apartment block so please be polite as they are generally very welcoming.
PARKING
Unfortunately there is no on site parking available throughout your stay. If you are bringing a car I would recommend staying at Stowell Street Multi story carpark which is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the property. More information related to parking can be found in the guest manual we will be sending out before your arrival.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
