Perfectly situated in the picturesque resort of Woolacombe in North Devon, this chic apartment invites families, groups of friends and up to two dogs to make the most of its fantastic proximity to the 3 mile-long Woolacombe Beach, the South West Coast Path and the quaint town centre. At the beach, relax under the sun on the soft sand, build sand castles or try your hand at a new water sport like paddle boarding, surfing, or kayaking. For a break from the beach, amble into the town centre which sits just behind the beach and make the most of Woolacombe’s seaside pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as local shops and family attractions. Walkers and fellow lovers of the outdoors are spoiled with nearby trails; with the South West Coast Path passing the property, and the breathtaking landscapes of Exmoor National Park just 15 miles away. For nearby family days out, visit Exmoor Zoo, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, and The Big Sheep, all within 22 miles.
Leave your car in your private, allocated bay and head to the warm embrace of this delightful, ground-floor apartment. On entry, notice the calming, neutral tones and touches of ocean-inspired decor that make it easy to embrace your seaside getaway. Walk into the airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the heart of the home, and after days of coastal walking, crash into the cosy sofas in front of the Smart TV. Open the bi-fold doors to the patio in this space and let the fresh, salty sea air flow in. Find that the kitchen boasts all the space and appliances needed to whip up a feast for the group, perhaps using the fresh fish you sourced earlier in the day. Enjoy the chef’s work at the chic, round dining table and when day turns to night, choose from three sumptuous bedrooms. On the ground floor, find a welcoming twin room and a well-appointed family shower room. Up a short flight of stairs you’ll find two more bedrooms; a sumptuous king-size room with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Both the twin bedrooms can be converted into doubles to suit your requirements.
Outside, the apartment offers a wonderful, sun-soaked private patio, accessed from the lounge, where you can use the table and chairs to enjoy al fresco breakfasts or evening sundowners after days of outdoor adventure. Elsewhere, make good use of the on-site facilities that include an indoor, heated swimming pool, a gym and a sauna, all of which you can reserve.
