Located just moments from the golden sands of Polzeath Beach lies Stradav, a beautiful five-bedroom detached holiday home showcasing sweeping panoramic sea views and easy access to scenic coastal walks, making it an ideal seaside getaway whatever the season.
Spread across three levels, this property provides ample room for the whole group. On the ground floor, you'll find the fifth bedroom, furnished with twin single beds, accompanied by a family shower room boasting a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC. Heading up to the first floor, the fourth bedroom awaits, also furnished with twin single beds, along with another family shower room equipped with a walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin, and WC.
As you step up to the second floor, you'll find yourself in the heart of this property's reverse layout, where the open-plan living space invites you to indulge in the breathtaking sea views. The well-equipped kitchen area offers everything you need for a perfect self-catering getaway, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining space accommodates all guests, inviting them to gather and savour delicious meals crafted from local Cornish produce. In the sitting area, cosy seating, a television, and a charming wood-burning stove provide an ideal setting for relaxation. On the second floor, the three final bedrooms await.
