Dolphins Barn est une belle maison spacieuse, dans un endroit calme à la fin d'un cul de sac, avec un grand jardin clos de plain-pied. À seulement cinq minutes à pied en toute sécurité de deux plages - une plage de surf de sable avec maître nageur en été et un excellent café de plage. L'autre plage est incroyable pour la mise en commun des rochers et dispose d'une piscine naturelle. Il y a WIFI, barbecue, salon de jardin, quatre chambres - lit super king (douche / WC en suite) et grand balcon (TV dans la chambre), lit King (douche / WC en suite), deux chambres twin. Cuisine / salle à manger a un grand four double de la gamme Master. Cette chambre est très spacieuse et dispose d'un coin salon supplémentaire avec télévision.

Dolphins Barn

I cannot rate this property highly enough, its literally 'home from home' all the mod cons you need. The house is beautifully furnished the master bedroom in particular WOW just WOW with the added addition of a balcony with views over Trevone Bay, nice large garden ideal in the summer months for a BBQ a great area to socialize. The location is probably the best we've stayed at during the years of holidaying in cornwall, less than a 10 minute stroll to the gorgeous Trevone Bay, no need to park at the beach when you can walk to the beach, lovely farm shop a 5 minute walk away for your provsions, only a 5 minute drive frpom Tesco in Padstow and the stunning harbour tjhat is Padstow, 2 minute walk to the Well Parc pub/hotel which does great food generous portions and superb Cornish real ales. We would definately return to this property if I could give it 6 stars I would!!!

Trevone holiday cottage

The very best thing about this cottage is it’s location with sea views and just a short walk to the sea. The cottage is great for adult and family groups alike with each bedroom having its own bathroom ( one shower was downstairs ). The garden is great for children and family games. We stayed during COVID restrictions so things were slightly different. We took our own bedding and towels though linen was provided as they came from a laundry. Some of the kitchen appliances need maintenance to work effectively but was reasonably well equipped. Overall just a little tired. A little TLC and this could be outstanding.

The house facilities and local amenities were really good. The whole village was excellent.

The whole renting process was straight forward with easy access to the house owner via text messaging.

A real home from home that leaves you feeling immediately relaxed in a fantastic location.

We had a great time at Dolphin Barn. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet road which is just perfect for families to relax with peace of mind. We loved how spacious the property is with its large open garden to explore. it’s location is perfect to explore much of North Cornwall, from quiet Boscastle to the lively Newquay. A minutes walk to a great small deli and a five minute stroll to a really special bay with delicious pizzas and excellent facilities. Dolphin Barn genuinely offers everything you want for a perfect family holiday. Our children absolutely loved their break (as did we) and didn’t want to leave. Thanks for the stay!

We had a really lovely stay. The pictures on website don’t do justice to the house. Really homely and comfortable. Loads of room- we were two families and so the kids had their own space to play which worked really well. Beaches so close and lovely beach cafe serving great pizzas. Handy shop close by. Lovely coastal walks on the doorstep. We had such a lovely week Thankyou

Lovely property . We spent a lot of time in the Garden . Trevone great place . Only a short walk to a lovely beach , farm shop , cafe and pub. Walked to Padstow and to Harlyn Bay . Lovely spacious comfortable house in really good location

Really loved the house. Very spacious and so, even though there were 7 of us it never felt cramped. Loved big open kitchen with lovely big table so plenty of room for us all to sit round. Just a couple of very nit picky things which I wasn't even sure about mentioning- only two dishwasher tablets provided. Maybe better not to provide any rather than 2! And could have done with some hand soap in toilets/bathrooms. Maybe mention in your information pack where the recycling bags are located as we spent ages trying to find them before finding them outside. As I say really small things and we had such a lovely weekend. None of us wanted to leave. Fantastic location for the beaches and if weather had been better or it had been a warmer time of year this would have had been even more of a selling point. Already talking about coming back next year.

Fabulous - even though it was January!

We wanted a short break in Cornwall when we had visitors from overseas and were delighted to find this property as it was perfect in size and position plus we were able to book for a number of days rather than a whole week. The owner was extremely helpful on all levels, and we enjoyed a trouble-free holiday in this lovely spacious, well-equipped home from home which we didn't want to leave. Thank you Tina!

The Family Break

What a marvellous property - we would definitely recommend. A high standard of accommodation, beautifully furnished, well equipped, with attention to detail,spacious and spotlessly clean. Fantastic, well equipped kitchen, with a spectacular main bedroom and the added bonus of having 2 lounges - one for the adults, one for the children. A child safe, large wrap-around hedged garden (the boys enjoyed picking apples). Within easy reach of the beach and coastal path and a 10 minute drive to Padstow. With the addition of fishing nets, body boards, windbreak for the beach on good days and lots of books, games, jigsaws and videos on bad days. Make up of party - Grandparents with 2 grandchildren (9 and 10), son and partner with 2 boys of 5, and twin boys of 11 weeks. We had a ball! As a child we spent our holidays in Padstow and hadn't been back in decades. We need a longer stay next time!! The pictures on the website do not reflect the property's ambience.

Fabulous property!

Stayed for a week with family including 2 babies! So, so impressed from the moment we opened the front door....the photos on this website simply don't do it justice! The kitchen/dining room was huge and perfect for our large family. The lounge was wonderful with a large to and comfy sofas, perfect for the men of the family to watch the football on! The kitchen was well equipped and the additional utility room was as large as some kitchens we've had use of! Plenty of storage everywhere and a wonderful garden (which unfortunately, we didn't use much as the weather was quite wet during our stay. The bedrooms were lovely and the master bedroom was simply stunning. As a family, we've always booked a large house in Cornwall every year....this one is simply the best and without doubt we will be returning. Highly recommended.
