This stunning flat in Folkestone's trendy West End is just moments from Mermaid Beach and The Leas Cliff Hall. This gorgeous home with all mod cons features a beautiful wrap-around balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or a sundowner on.
Tastefully modernised and flooded with natural light through the floor to ceiling bay window and French doors to the balcony, you'll feel relaxed and at home in this stunning flat.
This is the perfect spot to enjoy everything that Folkestone has to offer.
The Space:
This secure space right by the beach and just 15 mins walk to the famous Harbour Arm has everything you need.
The beautiful kitchen area has clean white cupboards and wooden worktops, and includes a Dolce Gousto coffee pod machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, toaster and kettle plus glassware, crockery and cutlery. There's plenty of space for cooking and food preparation, and a lovely dining area with seating for 4 people.
The spacious lounge area features gorgeous velvet sofas and an armchair to simply watch the world go by outside or catch up on a movie (Netflix, Disney+ & Amazon Prime available).
The bedroom with it's high ceilings feels extremely airy and has a new king size bed with 5* hotel quality bedding. There is a wardrobe to hang your clothes (iron and iron board available also). Additionally there is a travel cot available which if you wish to use, please bring your own bedding for your baby.

The flat is situated just a few moments from the famous Leas promenade with it's sweeping views of the Channel and a clear day to France. This quiet residential area is just a short walk into the town centre and everything Folkestone has to offer is just on your doorstep.

- Closest supermarket is Tesco Express just 5 mins walk away on the corner of Castle Hill Avenue and Bouverie Road West. There is a large Tesco and Sainsburyâs within driving distance. M&S Food available on Deliveroo.
Cafes
- The best breakfast can be found at Sailbox on the Harbour Arm or Marleyâs at the bottom of the Old High Street. Both a lovely 20 minute along the breach front.
- For something nearer to home try Buttyâs on Bouverie Road West or Gourmet Kitchen on Sandgate Road.
- Best coffee from Harbour Coffee. Most scenic coffee from HatHats at the bottom of the ZigZag path.
Restaurants
- For the best seafood & sea views in Folkestone be sure to Rocksalt down at the harbour.
- For great Asian food pop into Cocomee for an authentic dinner.
