Located in the heart of the iconic and historical Trastevere Rome district.
The apartment (fully renovated in June 2024) is located in a quiet street and in strategic position to visit Rome:
8 mins walk away from Piazza Trilussa
10 mins walk away from Santa Maria in Trastevere
15 mins walk away from Piazza Navona and Campo de Fiori
about 20 mins walk away from Pantheon or Largo Argentina
and next to John Cabot University

The apartment has a double bedroom (bed size 160 x 200 cms), a living room with sofa double bed (bed size 160 x 195 cms - it will be prepared only in case of 3 or 4 guests booking,) a dining area with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
It is equipped with everything you need to make the most of your stay: free wi-fi, autonomous air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), autonomous heating, smart TV, microwave oven, Nespresso, kettle, dishwasher and washer&dryer machine.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Let us know if you need help or advice on:
- Private taxi from/to airports, train stations and Civitavecchia harbor.
- Private guided tours to archeology sites or museums.
- Rome private custom sightseeing tour in a golf cart.
- Cooking class with the chef.

As requested by Italian law, upon check-in the guest will be requested to provide id document for any person hosted and will have to sign a rental agreement in Italian.
For booking for up to 2 guests will be prepared only the double bed. Only in case of booking for 3 or 4 guests will be prepared also the sofa bed.
For stays equal to or greater than 14 days, a payment of € 115 in cash is required upon check-in as an addition to the cleaning fee for housekeeping and the change of all linens on the day in the middle of the stay between 10:00AM and 04:00PM.
Late check-in from 09:00PM to midnight costs 30€ to be paid cash upon check-in. It's not possible to check-in after midnight.
Host is not responsible for any guest belongings left or forgotten in the house after checkout time.
