Charming Villa Cvita, situated in a calm rural area of th town of Slivnica, offers the much needed tranquility for your most relaxing holiday, as well as the vicinity of many smaller an bigger tourist towns such as the historical town of Zadar.

Villa Cvita and its amenities provide a „home away from home“ feeling, accommodation a maximum of 8 guests. The beautiful interor features an open concept living room, dining room and well equipped kitchen. Boasting two king sized beds and 2 queen sized beds, the 4 bedrooms make for a perfect sleeping arrangement for family and friends. Three bathrooms are available for our guests – one with a bathtub and two with showers. An additional smaller toilet is also available.

The living area opens up to a beautiful balcony complemented by garden furniture and seating area, providing an amazing view of the swimming pool area. The swimming pool also has a part with a whirpool, so take a moment of your day to bask in the sun and relax your body and mind.

Just a few steps away, when you are in need of a refreshment, or just a simple rest by the pool on the lounger beneath a sun umbrella, is the outdoor area made for your enjoyment. While some enjoy a swim, some rather read a good book in the shades – the opportunity is here for you to take.

The Villa has a BBQ area, where you can prepare meals for your family and friends and, what is more important, a place to make memories of togetherness that will last a lifetime.

Villa Cvita has a garage for one vehicle, as well as two additional outdoor parking spaces. Also available are the complimentary Wi-Fi, A/C throughout the villa and Cable TV.

Please note that the Villa does not accept young groups under the age of 25. PEts are allowed with an additional charge of 10 EUR/day/pet.
