The apartment has a living area composed of a double sofa bed and an open space kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, induction cooking hob, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, etc. A high-top table functions as a dining table where guests will be able to prepare amazing “Italian Style” dinners. From the living room, guests will be able to access the terrace where they will enjoy breathtaking views of the lake. Thanks to the warm colors of the furniture and the wood beams, the apartment is comfortable and welcoming.
The apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a single bed. There is a full bathroom with shower, WC, sink, and bidet.
The apartment is also equipped with a Smart TV, washing machine, air conditioning, WIFI, and a spacious private garage.
