Elegant and modern apartment with terrace and private access to the lake, in the hamlet of Carvagnana, Lezzeno. The apartment is located on the first floor of a villa, divided into four units. that overlooks the lake and is surrounded by a beautiful and well-kept garden furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas available to guests staying in the four apartments. The entrance opens onto the living area, including a large and bright living room with a sofa, a dining table, a television and a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker. The sleeping area is distributed into two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.The highlight of the apartment is the furnished terrace with seating area, accessible from the living area and the master bedroom, where guests can enjoy the stunning view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.Free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 03 pm to 07 pm. The use of a bathing cap may be required.*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.Upon request, guests will benefit from a berth within the property at an extra cost of 80 euros per night. *Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
