The Central Point of La Marsa
This 120 m2 apartment has been completely renovated and decorated by an architect to offer every comfort with modern amenities. Ideally located, the apartment is in one of the quietest areas of downtown La Marsa, which means that everything is close at hand: cafés, restaurants, grocery stores, bookshops... The beach is just a 10-minute walk away.
Very bright, with a superb south-east-facing terrace, you're sure to enjoy your stay here.
The apartment has been completely refurbished and decorated in April 2019. It comprises:
- Entrance hall
- A large living room with TV, home cinema, DVD and a superb library. The living room opens onto a 25m2 terrace, ideally oriented.
- Guest bedroom with double bed and orthopedic mattress
- Dining room
- A fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom
- A large master bedroom with superb dressing room and terrace. The mattress is orthopedic.
The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. There are plenty of places to sit and eat, whether in the kitchen, the herbal tea room or the living room. In redesigning the apartment, the architect focused primarily on the comfort and well-being of travelers. You'll have an exceptional stay in this superb apartment.
I remain at the entire disposal of travelers in case of need. I'll be delighted to share with you the best addresses in town.
On request, I can organize excursions to different cities in Tunisia with exceptional guides in the language of your choice (extra charge).

The apartment is located in the MALAGA district. A very quiet, residential area. It's in the center of La Marsa, close to all the shops. It's just a few minutes from Carthage, Sidi Bou Said and the beach. It's undoubtedly one of the most attractive neighborhoods in the area.
The apartment is located in the city center, so travelers will have access to all types of public transport such as cabs and buses. The metro station is at Marsa plage, a ten-minute walk away. Grocers, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, restaurants and bookshops are all within a few meters of the apartment.
