This Grade II-listed farmhouse boasts over four centuries of history, beautifully marrying authentic period charm with modern comforts to ensure an unforgettable visit. The conservatory, a haven of warmth and light, invites guests to bask in the serenity of garden vistas and the distant estuary. At the heart lies the kitchen, a beacon of culinary inspiration, equipped with a Smart TV for your entertainment. You can eat your breakfast at the kitchen table with views of the distant hills, whilst next door is the elegant dining room where you can relax in front of the wood burner casting a gentle light across the room. It is easy to feel a sense of peace and contentment. As evening falls, the lounge becomes a cocoon of relaxation, with its sumptuous seating, a Smart TV and DVD player for state-of-the-art entertainment, and the timeless allure of the inglenook fireplace with its bread oven and another wood burner. There is a plentiful supply of local split logs. Settle in to play bridge, read a book or play a board game. The journey continues upstairs, where a gallery landing leads to a quartet of exquisitely designed bedrooms, each a private retreat into luxury and comfort: two super-king-size with en-suite facilities, a twin room, and another super-king-size bedroom, alongside a family bathroom.
The outdoor area features a terrace where you can enjoy the simple joys of dining under the open sky. Venture less than 10 miles to the golden sands of Ynyslas Beach, a haven for water sports aficionados. For the adventurers at heart, Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park beckons with its trails, while Dyfi Bike Park provides mountain biking opportunities. The charming coastal town of Aberystwyth and the Vale of Rheidol Railway lie within a 15-mile radius, promising a rich tapestry of experiences.
