Just 30 metres from the beach of Can Picafort, this flat is perfect for those who want to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Majorca. Outside, the furnished terrace offers a space to enjoy the Mediterranean climate as well as the atmosphere of the village of Can Picafort. With a table and an umbrella to protect from the sun, you can enjoy a good breakfast in the open air.
The interior is distributed on two fully equipped floors, offering a spacious and comfortable stay, ideal for a large family or a group of friends who want to enjoy privacy. On the first floor you will find a spacious living-dining room and kitchen area. With a sofa ideal for enjoying a movie night with your companions thanks to its TV with Smart TV and an A/C, makes the lounge area perfect for your comfort. Next to it, you will find the kitchen area with vitro ceramic hob fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table with your companions. Continuing on the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms both with two single beds, A/C and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom, both with shower, complete the first floor. Going upstairs, you will find the same layout as the first floor. Starting with the open-plan living room and kitchen, which gives access to a balcony, it has the same amenities as the first living room, a sofa to enjoy the TV with Smart TV, a dining area and the kitchen, also with ceramic hob, fully equipped. Regarding the bedrooms, this floor has three bedrooms, all with two single beds, A/C and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and the fourth bathroom completes the first floor of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. There are two washing machines, one in each kitchen, iron and ironing board.
