A beautiful modernised house perfectly located in in close proximity to Gloucester. Stylishly decorated throughout with superior kitchen / dining area, the property comfortably sleeps 7. There are four bedrooms, consisting of 1 king sized bedroom with an ensuite, 1 double bedroom with an ensuite, 1 single bedroom and 1 with bunk beds (2 singles).

The space
Our amazing home is a fantastic base for family & friends to experience historic Gloucester and also explore Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds, that is right on your doorstep!
The property spans two floors, giving plenty of space and privacy for guests. The property has been furnished to a superior standard with stylish decor throughout making the house a wonderful place to stay!
The downstairs layout has a wonderful living room with plenty of space to relax, and large wall mounted smart TV.
The separate modern kitchen has everything you would wish having been fully renovated in 2024, and has patio doors that fold all the way to the side giving a lovely open feel and ensuring you can make the most of the garden. There's a dining area that seats 4 and a breakfast bar that also seats 4. There is also a downstairs WC.
The hot tub is available to all guests at no additional cost, and offers a great way to unwind! The whole garden is private, making it a great place to relax, including outside furniture for al fresco dining!
The property has 4 bedrooms bedroom and a main family bathroom with a bath and shower.
Bedroom 1 - kingsized bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2 - small double bed and ensuite (downstairs)
Bedroom 3 - single bed
Bedroom 4 - bunk beds (2 single beds)
All bedrooms come with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property.
There is free parking available in the driveway of the property. For additional cars there is also free on street parking, please note this is on a first come first served basis and we can't guarantee a space.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guest access
Guests will have the house to themselves, including the garden & hot tub.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
