Fabulous one-bedroom apartment with enviable sea views located on the tenth floor in the Mediterranean Building on the beachfront, located in the heart of Marbella, surrounded by all the services that the city offers, so a car is not necessary. .
This magnificent south facing apartment has a large south facing terrace with 180Âș views of the sea, Gibraltar and you can see North Africa on clear days.
The apartment has access to the tenth floor via elevator or stairs (four elevators available). The apartment comprises a living-dining room with Smart TV, access to the magnificent furnished terrace with great views. Large bedroom with two single beds of 105cm each and a large closet to accommodate your belongings (the bedroom has no window). Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and a serving hatch that connects to the dining area for your convenience. Bathroom with shower.
