Step inside and you are welcomed into the cosy sitting room equipped with comfy sofas, a Smart TV and gas fired wood burner creating the perfect place for chilled-out evenings. Following through the cottage, this leads to the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The fully fitted contemporary kitchen has excellent cooking facilities and equipment, a breakfast bar with wooden stools and a farmhouse dining table with seating for everyone to enjoy meals together. A contemporary shower room is also on the ground floor and is ideal for washing those sandy toes after a day at the beach. Upstairs hosts all three bedrooms; the first a generous king-size in a calming and neutral colour pallet, whilst the second and third bedrooms both offer twin beds. All have shared access to a family bathroom with a bath and WC.
There is a small yet handy courtyard to the side of the cottage with a bistro table and chairs as well as side access to store belongings if required.
