Two of the bedrooms are doubles, meaning they offer generous space for a large bed and other essential furnishings. Both are equipped with closets, providing ample storage space for clothing and other personal items. The third bedroom is single and offers a quiet retreat for rest or work, also with closet for organizing belongings.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in the living room only. The bedrooms do not have A/C, but fans are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
The kitchen is a bright and functional space, equipped with storage cabinets, modern appliances and large windows that allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape while cooking. From here, you can prepare delicious meals while enjoying the natural beauty offered by the surroundings.
The living room invites relaxation and entertainment, with a comfortable sofa where you can rest while enjoying a movie or just relaxing after a long day. The warm and cozy decor creates a homey atmosphere perfect for sharing special moments with family members.

Travel times by subway: 20 min to Camp Nou, 30 min to the station Barcelona Sants, 35 min to La Fira (MWC), 35 min to Plaza Espanya, 40 min to Sagrada Familia and 45 min to Plaza Catalunya.
All foreign vehicles must register to drive around Barcelona.
Those interested will have to request the registration of the vehicle in the Metropolitan Registry of foreign vehicles.
Once the fulfillment of the requirements has been validated, the applicant will be notified of the registration of the vehicle and the authorization to circulate in Barcelona.
Vehicle registration will be resolved (accepted, denied or incomplete) within 15 business days of the request.
There is a ⏠5 management fee.
- Check in time is 3pm (can be flexible depending on the previous check-out).
- Late check in (after 9pm), is an extra 30 euros to be paid in cash upon arrival
- Check out time is 11am or earlier (can be flexible depending on the following check in).
- We have good relationships with our neighbours and would like to keep it that way, so please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
- Parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to smoke inside the apartment. In case of breaking this rule the fine will be 150âŹ.
- The flat's capacity is of 5 people. No additional guests allowed.
- Please take out the trash before check-out.
- Please note that an extra fee could be charged depending of the conditions you leave the apartment.
- You will be required to show your ID/Passport upon arrival. In order to follow local regulations and to be able to register all our guests on the local policeâs database, we will have to scan these documents for all guests. I hope this is not an inconvenient!
-A tourist tax will need to be paid separately at check-in in cash. This charge is 2.50⏠per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. Guests up to 16 years old do not pay.
- For bookings made on the same day we cannot guarantee that we will be able to welcome you in the apartment within three hours of confirmation of your reservation.
-Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock from the inside when you go out, as this can prevent you from being able to open the door upon your return. If this happens, a locksmith would need to be called, and the cost, depending on the time and urgency, can be quite high (often starting from around âŹ250). In such cases, the guest would be responsible for covering this cost.
