For recycling, remember to separate glass and aluminum and deposit them at local recycling points. Missing kitchen equipment

Great location, good size apartment, nice layout. Dirty floor when we arrived. No broom or vacuum cleaner. Kitchen for six people missing equipment. Only four bowls and one mug. Only two compatible pans for induction hob. No frying pan. No baking tray or roasting tin. Dishwasher broken "error 31". Duvets too small for beds. Bathroom door can't be locked, missing key.

Would not recommend at all!

The apartment is located very close to train tracks so you’ll hear trains passing almost every minute. On a hot day you have no choice to open the windows for air circulation as the apartment does not have an AC so the noise can become unbearable. Besides this regular noise we were extra unlucky as there was an extensive Construction right outside the building. There was noise 24/7 and we spent a few sleepless night at this place. The communication with the property manager was suboptimal. They refused to move us to another property (understandable if they had no other location or availability) refused to cancel the rest of our stay so that we can find our own place and refused any kind of compensation. Knowing that this extensive work had been ongoing for a while they could have advised the guests ahead of time to have an option to stay or cancel the booking. In the end we had to pay fully for the property, spend a few sleepless nights there and get no empathy or compensation from the owner/manager. The guest was the only one who was punished throughout as per “policy” and had to pay for this situation. Would not recommend this property at all due to noise and the lack of care from the property manager.
