Cromer and Sheringham are just 10 miles away and offer a larger array of traditional seaside fun with piers, amusements, and independent shops, while the unique landscape and waterways of the Norfolk Broads are just 12 miles away and can be explored best by day boat hire.
From the property’s private driveway, step into the spacious entrance area with storage for coats and shoes. Off the entranceway, you will find the kitchen with a breakfast bar. This sleek and stylish space is well-equipped throughout, providing guests with all the tools to create a range of home-cooked meals. From here, there is also a large utility room, ideal for storing any bikes or beach equipment guests may have. It also has a separate entrance which is perfect for any four-legged friends who have come straight off the beach. Opposite here is the first bedroom which has a toddler bed suitable for small children under the age of 8. There is also a twin bedroom and a king-size bedroom; both are spacious rooms offering a relaxing night's rest. The lounge and dining space features comfortable seating, a Smart TV and views out to the rear garden. It is another wonderful space to relax and unwind. The family bathroom completes the property.
