It accommodates 6 people, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower cubicle. Equipped kitchen and large bright living room. Free parking at the entrance to the condominium in the forecourt.
Recently renovated both inside and outside with new and fully functional boiler, air conditioning, underfloor heating.
All the comforts for a short or long stay with your loved ones.
Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood which is only a 15 minute walk from the Verona Arena and its historic center where you can visit Juliet's House, Piazza Erbe, the Scaliger tombs and many other wonders of this historic city.
Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company.
Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.
Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
