Apartment Olivia is a charming first floor 2 BR apartment located in the sought after area of Ayios Elias. Surrounded by the beautiful Cypriot landscape and with sea views of the Mediterranean, this property is in a stunning location providing you peace and privacy yet is just 5 minutes to the Protaras strip with many fantastic bars, restaurants and shops to choose from.
The apartment itself is modern and bright, providing 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 5 people. The kitchen, living, and dining area is an open plan design with a sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table to make use of whilst keeping cool indoors. The kitchen is well-designed with all the facilities you will need for a comfortable stay, including an integrated dishwasher.
The two bedrooms include a master bedroom with a double bed and a twin room with 2 singles. Both rooms share access to the family bathroom.
The outside space really is one to talk about, relax on the generously sized private patio - an idyllic space with great sea views. Keep cool under the pergola and enjoy some al fresco dining whilst taking in your gorgeous surroundings - bliss. Directly outside the property are wonderful nature walks with amazing views of Protaras and Pernera and you can also visit the iconic Ayios Elias chapel on the top of the hill.
Apartment Olivia is a fabulous choice for those appreciating the quieter side of life in a stunning location but still wanting to be close to the busy tourist spots. A lovely property promising nice memories of your time in Cyprus.

Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout.
THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation.
PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you canât find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there!
EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS
âą If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed.
âą EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost.
âą Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of âŹ30/stay for Baby Cot and âŹ10/stay for High Chair

FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group.

* Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH.
* 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH.
* 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH.
