à propos de cet hébergement
Y Bwthyn Newydd, St Dogmaels
Y Bwthyn Newydd is a well-appointed detached cottage located in St Dogmaels on the North Pembrokeshire coast. The village is famous for its magnificent ruined abbey and a working watermill that produces its own flour and bread.
The cottage has a small enclosed garden, decked area and off-road parking. A 5-minute walk takes you to the local shops and excellent fish and chip shop. You will find a gastropub on the river's edge within easy walking distance beyond which is Poppit Sands, the nearest dog and child-friendly beach with ample parking and the superb Crwst cafe.
It is excellent for walkers and nature lovers, as it is close to the start of the Pembrokeshire Coastal path. The historic town of Cardigan is a short distance away and has an excellent selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Take a visit to Cardigan Castle, which has been superbly renovated and won Channel 4's Restoration of the Year on completion.
If you enjoy the outdoors, there is a range of activities in the area, including coasteering, surfing, kayaking at sea or on the river, wildlife watching boat trips, bushcraft, climbing, and mountain biking. Or you may want to take a trip to Poppit and enjoy the wonderful sandy beach. There is plenty for everyone to enjoy.
