Y Bwthyn - Bwthyn Capten (The Captain’s Cottage) at Ty Capten

Y Bwthyn is a delightful cottage that was originally built in 1873 as a small farmer’s cottage. It has since been fully renovated and converted into a rustic cottage with exposed wood beams, feature stone walls and lots of unique features.

Y Bwythyn has two bedrooms and sleeps 4. There is a master bedroom on the ground floor and a twin bedroom up stairs.

Outside, in Y Bwythyn’s private and secluded garden, you’ll find a decking / patio area featuring a luxury 6 person hot tub and garden furniture. The decking drops down onto a lovely lawn area surrounded by mature trees and shrubs.

Y Bwthyn is conveniently located just a short walk from Newport Town centre, and walking distance to the estuary and Parrog beach.
