RĂ©novation de 2019: cuisine rĂ©novĂ©e, nouveau revĂȘtement de sol de salle de sĂ©jour et tout nouveau systĂšme de CVC (AC)! SituĂ© en dehors des sentiers battus, mais proche de tout dans le centre-ville de Rehoboth Beach! Cette maison en rangĂ©e est SEULEMENT Ă  quatre pĂątĂ©s de maisons de la plage et de notre cĂ©lĂšbre promenade et Ă  SEULEMENT un pĂątĂ© de maisons de Rehoboth Ave, oĂč vous trouverez cinq restaurants cinq Ă©toiles, des boutiques hors taxe et bien plus encore. Cette maison de ville sur deux Ă©tages dispose d’un mobilier moderne mis Ă  jour, d’un patio arriĂšre avec siĂšges et barbecue au propane et d’un vĂ©ritable foyer Ă  bois. Les draps sont fournis pour les rĂ©servations de saison / semaine complĂšte seulement. Le 2Ăšme niveau comprend deux chambres avec lits queen et tĂ©lĂ©vision, un grand balcon semi-privĂ© et deux salles de bain. Great place to stay in Rehoboth

We really enjoyed the place and having access to a pool was a plus. The place was clean and exactly as advertised. The one issue was the outdoor patio. It was really dirty and the table was covered in ants.

We had a wonderful vacation! The amenities were all perfect for us. -Plenty of space to relax , lots of space in the bedrooms and 2 baths made it perfect for us and for our teens. Access to washer and dryer was a plus!The pool was great and quiet . The location was close to everything- shops, restaurants and the heart of downtown. Beach was about a good 20 min walk . Everything was clean and as described when we arrived. Id recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. It was definitely dog friendly and a nice neighborhood.

Location was great!!!

Place was nice :) great communication with realtor. Prob wouldn’t rent again due to the spiral stairs. Didn’t realize how intimidating they are. Kitchen had brand new appliances and every utensil needed. Not mentioned in listing however bed mattresses are very hard thick foam
not comfortable. Prob a soft mattress pillow topper would solve that. Overall it was a great trip and place was fine.

We enjoyed the location and quiet area and the town house was nice. We stayed further from the beach because we were excited by the chance to use the pool (featured in all photos including the one on my screen now) and the "pet friendly" description (which really should say "dog" friendly as cats are not allowed). The Remax team members were great and the place is very nice and clean. We couldn't really swim because the pool water was quite cold. While the listing didn't say the saltwater pool was heated, I looked up the address and found other listings for the property (e.g., condos for sale) that said it was before booking. We also were told we couldn't use the fireplace when it was chilly at night though there were logs there, and it is mentioned in the listing (though probably not expected to be used this time of year usually but it was cool - see note above). Anyway, it was a nice and relaxing vacation but I do feel like we paid a premium at a daily (not weekly) rate though we stayed a full week, and we weren't able to take advantage of everything we had initially hoped for when I made the reservation (e.g., bring our cat, use the pool). We also had to request sheets that fit our master bed as it was king and the rental delivery folks only sent queen. Verna and Tricia and the team were very pleasant and helpful in addressing concerns they could and recommending things to do around town, and I already shared pictures from our time at the state park. Thank you all.

Great Memorial Day trip

This townhome was perfect for our family of four and dog. The neighborhood was a nice surprise--quiet and lovely homes yet close to everything. We walked everywhere. The property itself was just what we needed. The kitchen had the essentials and there was enough space for all of us. A bonus is that there is a daybed in the second upstairs bedroom, which meant my two daughters each had their own bed!

Beautiful townhouse in a great neighborhood. Well equipped, nice layout, very quiet. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed that was perfect for our infant grandson. Very modern decor, private deck off of the master bedroom and private back patio

Great Thanksgiving Retreat

The condo is ideally located in Rehoboth in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. It's clean and perfectly furnished for our needs since other family members were staying in nearby rentals. So gathering was simple as well as creating space when necessary. That flexibility was ideal for us all--especially for the teenagers! And will be used in future years!

We loved it!

We went for Dewey Goes Pink. This was our 5th year!! Super cute little condo. Everything is updated. Very clean. EXCELLENT location. Friendly "neighbors". Would stay again in the future.

For a property that's run by a third party management and has a lot of additional fees, It required a lot from its guests. the welcome book is huge with many instructions to follow. no toilet paper, soap, you have to pay for separate linens( which weren't nice towels.) you only get one towel and if you're a bigger person they won't fit you; and they are cheap quality. When we checked in, the place was uncleaned. The pillows and comforter were dirty and still had other peoples hair on It. For a VRBO It should have pillow and comforter protectors. You're required to put your own sheets on bed. and when you leave you have to strip the sheets, towels, trash. They want you to sweep. Im just shocked at how much they ask from their guests and they supposedly have someone who cleans It. I immediately called Remax to have the reclean our VRBO. The hairs were still on the pillows when we came back. For off season this was overpriced and not cleaned well. The updates are nice( nice shower, beds are comfy, kitchen is very nice) but not managed well in terms of cleanliness. The VRBO did the job but certainly is not the best one I've been to.

Exactly what we expected

It was clean, modern, and 3/4 mile to the beach. We really enjoyed the place. Had one small issue with the oven and it was fixed pretty quickly. Highly recommend.

Property was wonderful for our family of 4! Short walk to the beach! Only thing I would change is letting guests know that the property had beach chairs/cart available for use. We brought ours, but would have been nice to leave ours at home and save trunk space. But we loved our condo!! Great visit!!

Beach week

This property was a great location! Super quiet street but close enough to walk to everything. The house had everything we needed but the only disappointing thing was we went to cook on the grill and it was dirty and no gas. Other than that the place was great and would definitely satay there again.

Great townhouse!

My friend and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in this renovated townhouse. The property is clean, comfortably furnished, and convenient to Rehoboth's main street. We have rented this townhouse in the past, and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Excellent location!

This townhouse is in a great location. You’re able to walk to Rehoboth Ave and get to many shops and restaurants quickly. We really enjoyed walking to the beach and the Farmers market at the park. You do need to be careful with the spiral staircase, but we managed and once our dog got up and down a few times, she was completely fine with them. I definitely recommend staying here.
