Excellent emplacement 3 chambres 2 salles de bain, à pied de la plage, de la promenade, des restaurants et des magasins. Vous pouvez garer votre voiture pour la semaine et marcher partout (économiser de l'essence). Cuisine et salles de bain rénovées. Ameublement agréable, climatisation centrale (neuf). Belle cour arrière avec chaises, table et grill. Deux téléviseurs LCD grand écran (un 40 'dans la salle familiale et un dans la chambre.). Stéréo, belle véranda avec moustiquaire, chambre Florida, deux cheminées (dont vous n'aurez pas besoin, mais elles rendent la maison confortable), et plus encore .... Internet haute vitesse - apportez simplement votre ordinateur portable. Nouvelle laveuse-sécheuse à chargement frontal. L'emplacement est absolument merveilleux et la maison est propre et bien entretenue.
Je loue à la semaine du samedi au samedi; Les frais de location dépendent du tarif saisonnier. Il y a un dépôt de garantie de 400 $ inclus dans les paiements à retourner après la location sans dommage. il y a deux paiements, un avec le contrat signé et le 2ème paiement est dû 6 semaines avant la location.
1. Le taux hebdomadaire de 1500 $ semaines comprend: du 4 mai 2019 au 11 mai 2019, du 11 mai au 18 mai et du 18 mai au 25 mai 2019.
2. Le taux hebdomadaire de 1600 $ comprend: du 25 mai au 1er juin 2019, du 1er juin au 8 juin 2019
3, 8 juin au 15 juin 2019 est de 1700 $.
4. Du 15 juin au 22 juin 2019 est de 2000 $.
5. Les tarifs de haute saison de 2200 $ sont: 22 juin au 29 juin, 29 juin au 6 juil, 6 juil au 13 juil, 13 juil au 20 juil, 20 juil au 27 juil, 27 juil au 3 août. 3 août au 10 août 2019

Had a great stay in Rehoboth Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked, the location was great - short walking distance to the beach and Rehoboth Boulevard, and nestled in a quiet neighborhood for that good nights sleep. Our host was incredibly accommodating.

We come for a week each year, and this was our second stay at Kay's house. It's our favorite spot! Location is perfect. There's plenty of room for the family to spread out. Kitchen is well appointed, and so nice to have off-street parking for two cars.

The location is great—an easy 10-minute walk to the beach, and in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house itself is spacious and has everything you’d need for a week. It’s a ranch which can be helpful if stairs aren’t your thing. Not so small that we didn’t have space and not so big that we could be out of earshot of the kids. Kay is a great host as well!

Best vacation

We took our adult children and our grandaughter to Rehoboth, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house was a home. Perfect location, charming home, clean, yard was great. Yes, we would do it again!

Loved It

We couldn't be happier with our Rehoboth vacation, largely thanks to this beautiful house and everything that came with it! We walked every day to the beach and boardwalk (always more than once!) and were so happy to come back to this gorgeous, spacious, spotless home. First-timers in Rehoboth, we were so grateful for the accommodations here. Definitely would love to come back next year!

Quiet, beautiful and relaxing

House is beautiful and clean inside. There were plenty of rooms to relax in. The street is quiet. Liked being within walking distance to the beach and town. 2 large vehicles fit easily in the driveway. So happy we chose this house for our vacation. I didn't want to leave.

Very comfortable house

Our three generation family enjoyed our stay in this clean, 3 bedroom home with four seating areas: living room, family room, enclosed porch, and yard. The location is on a pleasant residential street within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, shops, restaurants, library, lake, and playgrounds. The kitchen was well equipped and house had convenient extras such as WiFi, street parking passes, and beach chairs. Communication with the owner went very well. This was our first trip to Delaware and we very much enjoyed the town and beach of Rehoboth Beach.

Great place to spend quality time with our teenage boy and his friends

The house was the perfect size for 2 parents and 3 teenage boys. It's in a leafy neighborhood close to the beach. We also discovered a quaint cluster of restaurants and shops nearby along Baltimore Ave between 2nd and 1st Streets. The owner makes everything convenient for guests, e.g., easy to access keys, 2 Rehoboth parking permits in addition to two parking spots in the driveway, service that deals with trash and recycling, and cleaners who take care of cleaning at the end of the stay. We hope to go back next year!

Relaxing beach vacation

We were looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay by the beach, and we found the perfect place at Rehoboth Beach. Kay is a very concerned owner who wants her guests to feel at home. Her beach house has everything one needs. We enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen; any dish, pot, pan, appliance, or glass that one might need is there for guests. The three bedrooms provide plenty of sleeping space, and the large screen tvs in each bedroom and in the family room were especially appreciated. The location was perfect for us. We could walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We are already planning a return visit.

Summer beach week

We had four adults and two teenagers for the week. Three bedrooms with a Queen & twin in each. Two bathrooms one with an entrance from two of the bedrooms. Three gathering spaces, nice big table. Walkable to everywhere, 15-20 minutes to Funland. Two parking permits included. Room for two cars. Quiet street. All in all a very nice and convenient place. Nicely maintained & clean.

Fantastic House

The photos on the site do not do the place justice. From the moment we walked into the house we felt comfortable and looked forward to our stay. The house is very nicely furnished, not too much furniture as some places we've found. The kitchen is adequate size, how much are you really going to cook on vacation anyway. The 3 bedrooms are decent size and for the six of us the family room was more than enough space and there is still the living room and the sun porch which we hardly used other than passing through. The back yard is nice and private and the grill is new and worked great. The carport provides a nice private entrance and plenty of storage for all your chairs, umbrellas or anything else you need it for. There are plenty of beach chairs provided in the carport closets you don't need to bring your own. We have nothing bad to say about our stay and recommend this house to everyone. Other than simply wanting to get back home we would have been willing to stay a lot longer as we were extremely comfortable the entire week and felt completely at home.

Amazing house and amazing location

My friends and I loved staying at this property for this past week. The house had everything we needed. We all loved using the outdoor shower and we curled up each night in the TV room to watch movies together. There is an extensive amount of shared space in this house. The dinning room and living room offered great communal space for eating and hanging out. The backyard has a grill and a sitting area that we utilized each day. The central AC worked really well. There was a tone of parking in the driveway and on the street using the parking passes provided. I would love to stay here again. Walking distance to Rehoboth Ave, the beach, and a tone of great restaurants! The host was a good communicator and left us with detailed instructions. Kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials!

Hidden gem

We loved the quiet location. The kids loved that there was some space outside to unwind that wasn't the beach. We were able to walk to the park with our kids and go to the farmer's market. Great meals are just a walk away. We had the best time here and can't wait until next year!

Wonderful Vacation!

My family and I had a such a wonderful stay at this home. Kay was so lovely and accomodating, and the home was exactly as described, but the pictures really didn’t do it justice, it has such a warm, cozy, cottage-like feel. There was plenty of space for my family to not feel right on top of each other, a family room, living room and a sun room in the front. The beds were very comfortable for sleeping and the dining table was large enough for us to have dinner and play games at. There is an outdoor shower, which was great to use when returning from the beach. The home is only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to Rehobeth Ave. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Rehoboth Beach!

Great location and friendly host!

The house was in the perfect location to walk to the Boardwalk and the beach. It was only a 4 minute drive to the more "secluded" beach as well. Kay was friendly and helpful and very responsive! The house even had 2 parking passes so you didnt have to pay for street parking or lot parking near the beaches -- such an added bonus! The house was clean and had everything you needed. We will consider staying here again if we return to Rehoboth!
