Nestled in the vibrant heart of London, our 1st-floor flat at York Way, spread over three floors, offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal retreat for travelers exploring the city. Kings Cross and Camden are only 30 minutes away on foot or 15 minutes on public transport!

FIRST FLOOR:

Spacious Living: Our large 800 sq. ft flat features a wonderfully spacious living area, complete with a 55" Hisense Smart TV for your entertainment needs. Access Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Spotify (via your own accounts) to unwind after a day of exploring.

Modern Kitchen: Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full meal, our fully equipped kitchen has you covered. Enjoy the convenience of a gas hob, oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, along with all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery.

SECOND FLOOR:

Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements: Sleep soundly in our cozy bedrooms- all with ample storage, double beds, hotel-quality linen, and two towels per guest.

THIRD FLOOR:

Bathroom: The bathroom includes a bath/shower, sink, toilet.

Transport Links:

Tube Stations: Caledonian Road Tube Station is a 13-minute walk away, and Camden Town Tube Station is accessible within 20 minutes on foot or a quick 7-minute bus ride. Kings Cross Station is also nearby, a 27-minute walk or a 14-minute bus journey.

Buses: Multiple bus lines are within 1-3 minutes' walk, offering direct access to Kings Cross, Camden Town, and beyond.

Our flat above a quiet, non-operational shop offers a serene getaway with the pulse of London just outside your door. Whether you're here for the nightlife, the culture, or a relaxing retreat, our home at York Way is your perfect base.

Guest access
You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

Other things to note
The essential, but less exciting parts!:

Check-in/ check-out:
- Our standard check-in time is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
- Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 10 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A ÂŁ20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorized late check-outs or early check-ins.

Keys:
Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of ÂŁ50.

A ÂŁ50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at ÂŁ100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

Parking:
There is no parking on the property. The are many cost-efficient ways to find a parking space online or with apps:
- RingGo for pay-as-you-go on-street parking

With the two suggested below residents in the neighborhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks
- Parkopedia
- Just Park

PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition to the use of the car.

Complimentary Welcome Pack:
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a convenience store directly across the road.

Family facilities:
A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is ÂŁ40 for the rental, drop off, and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be ÂŁ45 in total.

Smoking:
Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of ÂŁ200 will be charged when discovered.

Additional guests:
No extra guests are allowed on the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music is allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a ÂŁ250 fine.

Lost property:
Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charges a minimum of ÂŁ25 per item, plus shipping costs.

Property Management Services:
Pass the KeysÂź provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.

The local community-based team of Pass the Keys¼ personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys¼’s Property Readiness Standard.

Additional rules
We would like to gently remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no-party policy. Gatherings, parties, or social events are prohibited in our home. If such events happen (or are reported during your stay), please keep in mind that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to eviction, regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area, and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. I hope you understand.

- Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property

Additional Information:
When booking with us your stay will be protected by a Deposit Guarantee, Guest Guarantee, and public liability provided by our risk management partner, SUPERHOG. To benefit from this protection you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Once your booking is confirmed, you can also go via their website, superhog.com, to start the verification.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
