1st Floor: The design of the villa is such that all rooms and living room face the terrace and pool area with large sliding glass doors that give access to the exterior. The first floor is an open design and features a spacious living room with comfortable sofas, a large TV and a fireplace for cooler afternoons out of season, dining room with a table large enough to accommodate all guests and a living room a modern, spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a small breakfast table.

There is direct access from the dining room to the large outdoor terrace with a perfect outdoor dining area overlooking the pool.In the hallway is a living room with a sofa, there is a guest toilet conveniently located next to the main living room.

Following the hallway is the master bedroom with air conditioning and full bathroom en suite with beautiful views, spacious walk-in closet, large sliding doors facing directly to the pool and garden.Each floor is accessible via internal stairs..

2nd Floor: The stairs in the open living room lead to the second floor, where there is a living room with comfortable sofas, TV and library, following the corridor we find two double bedrooms with a large shared bathroom in between. Both bedrooms are very bright and have large sliding windows with view to the pool and garden.

Down the hallway is a third double room with an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and AC.
