This wonderful apartment is located on the second floor with no lift of an ancient building in the heart of Trastevere. It overlooks the characteristic Piazza in Piscinula, which despite being in the center of the neighborhood, is the quietest and quietest part of the district. It is an elegant and valuable apartment, which has maintained the original features such as the coffered ceiling, the fireplace and other period details. Very bright and carefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a large living room, a dining room, a study corner, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two single bedrooms and four bathrooms (one of which service with toilet only). The location of the apartment is ideal, in the beating heart of Trastevere, the most characteristic and genuine neighborhood of the city, from where you can easily reach - both on foot and by public transport - the historic center and the main monuments. A few meters away there is a supermarket and several characteristic restaurants and bars.
Apartment was comfortable for a family of 5 adults. Great location with restaurants, shops and lively area. Walked everywhere. No dryer but the drying rack was good size. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Beautiful area of Travestere -great nearby restaurants. Be aware many stairs to the apartment- no elevator. Also there are steps with no railings up to the living room/dining area. Itâs advertised as 4 bedrooms - just be aware one of the bedrooms is very tiny. Itâs beautifully decorated
We loved this apartment - it was exactly as advertised. The location is within walking distance of many great restaurants and main archaeological sites. We fell in love with the area and would easily book another stay.
The apartment is fantastic, and I'd definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Perfectly located in Trastevere right near the river, you are ideally located for a stay in Rome.
The 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom- not pictured- are ensuite, and a slightly lower quality than the others, but are still very suitable.
Great house. Located close to amazing restaurants, an ATM around the corner, fantastic bakery and a grocery store, all within very walkable distances. Taxi stand also close by. While I loved the living room, we were so busy, 90% of our time was spent in living rooms, bathrooms and kitchen. All were great size, car with everything we needed. Best of all was the air conditioning and ceiling fan in the master. It is HOT in Rome in the summer. And we did a ton of walking each day. We all LOVED the AC and fan when we got back. Washing machine and drying rack were a huge help too. Be prepared to want to take a lot of showers if youâre there in the summer. There are stairs to get there, but it was doable. Not as bad as other places were stayed in Italy, thatâs for sure! I think we counted 50 steps to get from front door into apartment door. Bring smaller bags and pack light- it makes it easier for SO many reasons!
We loved our stay. The apartment is true to the photos. Bedrooms even better. Comfortable. Open air windows with stunning views of Trastevere. We stayed as five adults. A great place to relax at end of day with a glass of wine and feel like youâre in a postcard.
Highly recommend. The communication excellent.
This apartment is so beautiful! It's on a quiet little square with a couple lovely and very convenient restaurants right outside. It's very spacious with plenty of bathrooms that are well appointed and updated. The bathroom fixtures all work very well. Of all the places we have stayed in Europe, this VRBO had the best bathrooms. The kitchen is also very functional. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Our host was very responsive and helpful. My daughter unfortunately had to work while we were there. Initially we had trouble with the WiFi, but the host was very responsive and put in a lot of effort to get that fixed for us. To location is clean and safe; we never worried about our safety walking around, even at night. The decor and architecture of this apartment are so lovely. It really enhanced our stay and our appreciation of Rome's beauty.
The apartmentwas clean and in a great neighborhood. It was a bit noisy at night but it was Easter weekend. The family room area and kitchen were spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were small and layouts were a bit odd-no luggage racks and a glass table in the middle of one room. The fourth bedroom is pretty much unusable. Overall the neighborhood is full of locals and restaurants and very close to the river. A decent place to stay.
