Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the Latin Quarter with this spacious 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required, in full accordance with platform's policies.



The Space:

The apartment is a generous and well-equipped space near the Rue Mouffetard. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. The shower room is en-suite to the bedroom, with a separate WC accessible via the hallway. The living room has a sofa-bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen has a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and Cookworks coffee machine. A washer-dryer combo is available for your convenience. The apartment is heated electrically throughout; please note there is no air conditioning.

Good to know before you book



Check-in is from 3:00 PM via self check-in, simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you're arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00 and 9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM to 12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We're flexible when we can be, just give us a heads-up!



Check-out is by 10:00 AM.



A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required for all bookings, collected in accordance with platform's policies. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



The apartment is non-smoking throughout. The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Occasionally, management may need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We'll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.



A few practical notes: Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. The lift operates normally in almost all cases but may periodically require brief maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible and minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Please reach out before booking if you have any questions about the cancellation policy.

The Neighborhood:

Rue Mouffetard is one of the oldest and most atmospheric market streets in Paris, a long, sloping pedestrian lane in the 5th arrondissement that has been feeding the neighbourhood since the Middle Ages. At number 70 you are right in the thick of it, surrounded by fruit and vegetable stalls, butchers, fromageries, oyster bars and café terraces that fill up from early morning with locals doing their weekly shop. The street market runs most mornings and the area has a wonderfully authentic, lived-in energy that feels a world away from the more tourist-heavy parts of the city.



Beyond the market street itself, the Latin Quarter offers a wealth of things to see and do. The Panthéon is a short uphill walk, and the Jardin des Plantes, the Grande Mosquée de Paris and the natural history museum are all close by. The Luxembourg Gardens are within a comfortable 20-minute walk through some charming backstreets. The Sorbonne and the wider university district give the neighbourhood a lively, intellectual atmosphere, with independent bookshops, jazz bars and wine caves filling the side streets. For anyone who wants to experience daily Parisian life at its most genuine, this stretch of Mouffetard is one of the best places in the city to do it.

A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of €50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for €50. Both can be provide for €70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed.

*Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider.

*The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance.

*The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible.

*In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 19:00 and 21:59 there will be a €50 late check-in fee. Between 22:00 and 00.59 there will be a €90 check-in fee. After 1 AM - €120 check-in fee. This fee is only payable in cash in local currency. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Late check-in is subject to availability and it needs to be scheduled at least 24 h before arrival. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
