The management company leasing this property does it no favors. I heard from their representatives repeatedly regarding what they needed from me but somehow couldnât reach them when I needed them. Their requests were not unreasonable. They asked for full payment in advance which I provided two days early. Then the communication came to a halt. Two days later, when I asked for chrck-in instructions, they claimed to have no record of payment. An hour before the lease was to take effect, they still had not confirmed receipt of payment. When I finally received self-check in info, I was told to text them to let me in. I did so but never heard back. Fortunately, another resident of the building let us in the building and we were able to follow the other entry instructions provided by the host.
