This Stylish and Modern style Sorrento Apartment is located in the heart of the city right beside Piazza Tasso in the heart of the Old Town and in close distance to the main transport links. Recently renovated and restored this apartment has a spacious open plan living space and can accommodate up to 4 guests, it is complete with two Bedrooms, one Bathrooms, Kitchen & Living Room all cleaned and sanitized to a very high standard by our specialized team.



The Space

Our cozy house under the Arches in Sorrento Old Town is set on the first floor of a historic building from the 17th Century.

The kitchen includes everything you need to make a traditional Italian dinner. It is complete with

• Gas hobs

• Fridge

• Freezer

• Oven

• Microwave

• Toaster

• Kettle



All essential items such as dishes, pots, pans and cutlery.

Beside the kitchen you will also find iron and ironing board which you have full use of during your stay.



Living and Dining Room:

The open plan living room complete with dining area with table and chairs from Italian Furniture Designer, is a great place to relax after a long day exploring Sorrento. In this room you will find a dining table and chairs, Sofa, Flat Screen Smart TV.



Guest Access

Our stylish apartment is completely private and secure and you will have complete access as no areas will be shared with other guests. As the apartment is located within the Old Town and in a historic building unfortunately there is no lift, however after a short flight of stairs you will reach the first floor where you will find it.



Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning fee: 80€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Late check in cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance. Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
